Nando's in Havering

An absolute joke!I had guest over and between the 4 of us we decided to order 2 boneless platters from here via the website.Once the food finally arrived (late) you could imagine we was all starving ready to tuck in, only to find out the have forgotten one WHOLE platter. So 2 of us have to go hungry, lol ridiculous. When I rang up all they could do was "offer a refund" that takes 2 - 10days to appear back in my account or "come in and grab what was forgotten" absolutely unacceptable. They couldn't even get it re delivered to me. I'm sure in establishments like nandos, when processing orders you should be doing diligent checks before letting orders leave. She said herself on the phone she can "see my missing order". So much for checking and fulfilling orders. EMBARRASSING

Great place, didn't wait too long for food to arrive after ordering and didn't have to wait to get seated. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great food as always, new Vusa sauce available, if you really like hot sauce then this isn't too hot. The spiced chickpea burger is available as well, very good taste and texture however easily fell apart; however, it's to be expected with chickpea burgers. Not too busy around 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm on a Thursday. Very satisfied with the service overall.

No option for customer preferences on placing online order. Customer service just hangs up on the phone when asked. Customer support staff refuses to transfer the call to manager as I wanted to escalate things. Sent an email instead as I am very disappointed with this.

Went to place our order which was completed in good time, staff were nice enough and helpful.The when we got home only to see that the corn on the cob was rotten at both ends all brown and gone off.I have taken photos but sadly can not add them on this review but have added them on. There is no way that the person cooking didn't see this and should be ashamed of themselves for thinking it's ok to give this food out to the paying customers. I wonder how they would feel if rotten gone off food was dishes up to them!! Filth.

My husband and I ordered food last Saturday night but to our disappointment on arriving home, we realised we’ve been given the wrong order. Unfortunately it was just about 10pm and we couldn’t reach anyone on the phone. I called on Monday to express my dissatisfaction and a manager answered promptly, apologised and offered to give me a fresh order on the house! I was quite surprised and was treated kindly when I went there to collect my order.It was my first time going in to Nando’s Hornchurch; I’ll definitely be going back there 😊

Lovely, helpful and welcoming staff. Food is always delicious and service is fast. This is my usual lunchtime spot and never disappoints.

Really nice atmosphere and kind staff. Family had fun. Every seat had a good view and lighting/sound was on point. Great performances. HE'S BEHIND YOU!!

The best Nandos I’ve ever been to, best food! Best service, the staff actually care, they’re polite, they’re helpful, they’re friendly. The food never disappoints. Succulent and juicy!Ps- we love staff member Nimali, she always puts a smile on our face

Never had a poor experience of Nando’s until this one. I usually get the grilled wrap and two sides. I had the spicy rice and it wasn’t that great at all! I love Nando’s but this one definitely wasn’t the one for me

Another delicious lunch at Nandos, this time to fill up after the Havering Half Marathon. Great service and superb food.
