Nando's - Romford in Havering

Time and time again they are late with food however today was a joke.I ordered through the bar code, my friend had nearly finished her meal before they even bought my drink. Then after asking they bought the wrong drink. Then finally bought my drink but forgot my glass.Then I after both my friends finished their meal I went to the cashier to be told they don’t have my order, abs I asked for my glass ANOTHER TWO TIMES and still didn’t get it, then finally I was told it went to their errors. This is not the first time they have bought food out late or wrong and forgot things. Terrible service!!!!

order was wrong first time it arrived, presentation needs work either, a lot of the glasses are dirty whenever I go to eat there cutlery either dirty or understocked, staff look overworked and tired, food is incredibly slow to come out unless you come really late or early in the day, tables left dirty for a while and upstairs is far too hot and sometimes hard to breathe from the grill.On my latest visit to this nandos a week ago my starter came during my main course and my main course arrived almost after my s/o had finished hers, my daughters meal was cold and a waitress made it seem like I was the problem for the food being cold and my livers were absolutely drenched in oil and it was in a complete joke state.the app does not work well, this branch is a complete joke and the way the staff look are appalling, food quality is mediocre and after my latest visit I do not think I will be dining there again, I do not recommend, save your money and go elsewhere.overall 0/10 not worth it and I do not reccomend this joke of a restaurant

I was completely dissatisfied with the service. This is due to a variety of factors. For starters, we had to wait more than 35 minutes for our food. Secondly, when we asked one of the waitresses, Petra, for an update, she responded with a lot of hostility, claiming that I had ordered 8 minutes earlier, which was incorrect, and even after I showed her my confirmation receipt, she didn't apologise for her error and walked away saying ok. We received our food 10 minutes later, and to top it all off, they had neglected sections of our meal, which I had to personally request. While I was pleased with my lunch, my sister complained that her chicken breast was dry.I would not reccomend this place.

The service here is really hit and miss. I have eaten here with my toddler son and the staff were great and really helpful on occasion. However, on the flip side some staff are very poor.On our recent visit, the server put our food down and left before we could say items were missing and that the garlic bread and wings which was covered were overly burnt (the entire surface was black). Even calling after the waiter, he continued walking. Very annoying to have to get attention of other staff and show them what was missed and the poor quality offerings of burnt food. While this was rectified by the time the items came to us we had finished our meal

I have been waiting at Nando’s Romford for over an hour just to find out that they lost my order and I have to now wait again for my food. I’ve only been given a £1.25 discount which I think is ridiculous for the amount of time that I have been waiting. I just simply wanted to enjoy a great meal with my friends and this has ruined my evening.

Ok I'll start with the good. The food was as expected.. Very tasty. You can't beat a cheeky Nando's.! Now I ordered click and collect on a Friday evening. And it was soooo busy for pickup. Endless delivery drivers coming and going.. My order was booked for pick up at 7.20pm but it was around 7.45 by the time I got it. The wait I can understand but the lack off communication was the issue. No one updates you unless you ask. Turns out mine started cooking when I got there! It didn't help that other local branches were not doing click and collect that day..

My first Nando's in almost 2 years! Oh it was worth the wait! Quiet inside but it is a weekday mid afternoon. Ordered on the app and there wasn't a way to mark I wanted my chicken well done, asked one of the staff and he passed on the message to the chef, as you can see request granted and tasted great. Good staff, chilled atmosphere 👌🏾

This place is more than just a Restaurant, the staff and manager here 'Jamie) are extremely nice people. Food freshly cooked to your preference. Good👍 music , always clean place and very delicious meal! 10/10!

Famous for their chicken menus. I found, their chicken is less juicy & bit dry. Chicken marination is not good enough. Texture and appearance is ok. Overall, taste of food is ok but not awesome that I heard before.Romford serves halal food. Always busy restaurant.

Always had a great meal at Nando's. And Romford Nando's has always delivered. They did over do it with the salad in the pittas' but the beanie tasted great. The new butterfly burger was nice! Thick and juicy!
