****WARNING! DO NOT USE****Saturday 5 September 2020 I placed an order for a delivery in excess of £50 on Noor restaurant website noorindian.com. I did not receive the meal, got a rude brush off by the restaurant and was debited.Their website showed our order being tracked:• Order received• Food is being prepared• Order picked up( Tasty food en route)• Food has been delivered (Estimated)Noor restaurants website gave an estimate of an hour for delivery. We kept an eye on the online tracker and saw each milestone ticked and expected the delivery but nothing?After 1 1/2 hours I phoned the restaurant and was brushed aside stating they never received the order and they hung up!I phoned back again and insisted that we had placed an order and eventually he asked if I had used the website and said they are no longer receiving online orders? I said that they had debited me?He went onto explain that I should contact the website service provider? It turns out that Noor must be in dispute with the website service provider who debited me? Be warned they are:Redoq Ltd T/A Dineorder HanleyI would advise anyone to steer clear of this provider if you manage to see their name when ordering online.It was a shambolic response from the restaurant for a service that they could/would not provide and am left out of pocket as a result!

We wanted a cheap, tasty dinner and that exactly what we got. Their menu consists of a starter, main, vegetable (on the side) and rice or bread. We all ordered different dishes so we could share different dishes between us. Everything was served promptly by the freindly staff. We enjoyed the variety of dishes and would be glad to return in the future

Food not bad staff have no idea what they are doing. Staff hanging around doing nothing and you have to call them for a drink. Over an hour waiting for a meal. Never once did staff ask if food was OK. Cloths given at end of meal stunk like a dirty mop totally disgusting To be honest unless you have time on your hands I wouldn't bother
