Absolutely disgusting service. Made us wait for an hour to deliver. Then updated that it was delivered when we never got the food.Rude customer service on the phone as if they didnt care.Never ordering again.

Ordered for the first time here and we are in love the food has so much flavour and seasonings its just perfect.

I moved to Hornchurch recently and this it the best grilled chicken I’ve had in the area. Great taste and great customer service.

Great food, service sometimes let's it down. I retract that, service is exceptional but you'll have to wait.Update again, this is two visits in a row when they have missed items from our order. So have downgraded from 5 stars to 3. Bit this is not a reflection of the food, that still tastes 5 stars

Best grilled chicken place in the area. Consistent quality food and decent portions of chips. However wait for the food can be quite long and relatively pricey.

I can't give them more than the system allows me. In a very stressful environment, I've seen a team customer orientated, friendly and polite team. The food follows the quality standard that is here to stay

Ordered from here nearly 100 times from uber eats and thats not counting the times ive ordered from other services such as deliveroo, or even sat in store back before covid restrictions (I wish theyd bring this back). Probably the best peri peri place in the country and miles better than Nandos.If i only had one criticism (other than wanting in store dining to return), it would be that the price of some items such as skewers can be quite pricy. That being said they are so good i tend to order some anyway, but would understand if people couldn't afford them.Besides this, i rarely have any problems here and on occasions where there might have been an issue with the order, they have always corrected straight away without any issues. The food is top notch. 5 stars and will continue to order from here regularly.Additional note: Could you look into adding Garlic Bread to the menu? Thanks

Ordered a prawn wrap double and they gave me a single but food was decent so not al bad

If u love Nandos then this is the next best thing. Take away only. No seating area. No free parking either. But u can park outside and wait in ur car until collection or pay while u wait. Freshly prepared to order . Full of flavours, succulent and juicy. I would highly recommend it. Flame grilled to perfection and it went down a treat.

Chicken in both wraps was horrific, hard, dry and freezing. Clearly reheated. Halloumi was like a brick. Called to complain and was sent a second order (at our own delivery cost as this was during lockdown and we had to use Uber). Second time round the food was somehow WORSE. Chicken was like a rock, I assume freezing and reheating is to blame. Wings were burnt to a crisp. Staff we spoke to on the phone were rude on both occasions, accusing us of lying and saying the chicken was fine and cooked fresh.
