Great chips, fish and chicken is great too.

After consistently ordering chips to take away, you are treated as if they really dont want you there. The portion size after 2 months of lunches and spending plenty on food has only decreased, leaving me paying for £5s worths of chips and receiving under cooked portions that taste like raw spuds. Giving them a break for a while

Chips was a 50/50. One half was soggy, the other tasted awful solid in the meant to be soft centre. I ended up just eating the roll and removing the chips before dunking the bag in the bin like the nba baller I am. Dodgy chips and honestly upset about my tragic lunch. Went home had a cry with a stomach half filled with dunny chips.

Best kebabs and chilli sauce in the UK. Get a large with salad and all the trimmings as easily does 2 meals. Fabulous

Won’t allow me to give less than one star so where do we start?Always collect from here, but tonight phoned for a delivery at 6-20pm and asked for it to be delivered about half 7-30/8pm if possible or around about. Woman on the phone, helpful and it was not a problem and explained one lady member of staff was finishing at 8pm and she will deliver ….no problem! Come 8-10pm thought I’d phone and the guy said he will phone the woman delivery driver and get back to me, he didn’t!Bearing in mind he didn’t even have the order to hand. So I phoned back 10 mins later and apparently our order (2 large middles of skate and 1 large cod and large family chips) was trying to be delivered to some old man in collier row according to oh my cod who after 3 phone calls couldn’t even phone me back. This is now 9.15pm !!! Finally got through to the manger and he said he has no driver now and the whole order who knows where that ended up!!! He tried to offer a free order for tomorrow evening ….I don’t think so, we’d be starved to death by then!!! Disappointed and absolutely disgraceful service will never use these people again after so long. Who even knows if the food was even cooked when they can’t even confirm a postcode. Speechless. Can’t add a photo because we got no food!!!! Shame that old man in collier row could’ve eaten it but rather than that the lucky delivery lady has fed her family for the night!

Nice food, good service, they take a credit card.Chip portion was enormous, the large fish wasn’t the largest I’d ever had for a large cod , it barely served us both, which was the intention and usually there’s plenty to share. Even the lady serving me said to the person frying is this a large, so I got the feeling we’d been palmed off with a less than adequate sized fish.

Overpriced and the chips are soggy. Some of the staff have the attention span of a goldfish so you have to repeat your order several times. They could definitely benefit from a visit by Gordon Ramsay. How difficult is it to cook a crisp chip for Christ's sake? It's not exactly Michelin star level cuisine. I'll be getting a pizza delivered from Dominos next time.

omg indeed...thought I'd try this on my way through hornchurch. A real disappointment soggy under cooked chips. If I'm gonna consume this amount of calories got to be worth it... £26 of the worst fish and chips, disgusting...binned it (photo added)
