Oriental Chef in Havering

WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM. POOR SERVICE!!!Agreed to a 45mins wait for my food. Called after an hour only for them to argue that they never received my order. Call status on my iPhone can’t just lie! She then agreed and said my order fell on the floor and wasn’t put through at all. By this time it was 11:00pm and most places were closed.Didn't apologise until I demaned for one. Just kept asking me if I wanted to order or not. Seriously? DON’T EVEN THINK THEY DESERVE A STAR.

Very delicious curry, and chicken chowmien got lots chicken in it thank u oriental chef! You're far better than the happy family around the corner, that shop the chef who cooked the chowmien can't cook, always got more noodle than chicken, they should call it's chowmienchicken instead chickenchowmien!

The service was good but I’m afraid that was the only good thing about it. The food was awful. The amount of salt was SHOCKING!!! So bad that we couldn’t even eat the food. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Fantastic food and service, friendly atmosphere

Just ordered my first Chinese from this place the guy I spoke to was called Derek seemed very delightful to talk to I hope the food is as delightful as he was on the phone we shall see and I should keep you posted. Customer service was great and was helpful towards my enquiries with patience.

After waiting nearly 1hr 30 mins and just getting told they were busy ....went over delivery time by 45 mins . Then it arrived barely warm . Wouldn't recommend.
