Paprika in Havering

Absolute shambles of a restaurant, rude staff and nothing but excuses. Waited 3.5hrs for a no-show. After chasing them several times about my order and asking for a partial refund they decided to cancel the order and just not show up. I give them 0 stars

I celebrated my graduation last night in this fine place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a superb evening and the place was absolutely the reason for this successful gathering. The crew participated in a lovely manner, the food was yummy and my buddies were extremely pleased. We shall no dout come back again for more events. Thank you very much.

Lovely food - ordered from this place countless times this year and the food is delicious.Delivery is usually quick. Maybe once or twice it was a little longer than expected but not a huge deal.If you want 20% off make sure you use the website that advertises the 20% off by purchasing online. I unfortunately used a different website after trying the normal one that crashed, thinking they had changed websites. Ended up spending more than I needed to. Spoke to the guy on the phone and unfortunately nothing to do about it. Not really their fault. Not a huge deal as they've been amazing every other time so on this ocassion its fine.Just make sure you use that site with the discount!

Just a shame I can't give 0 stars.Called and asked how I would order a particular and followed what I was told. Put the order through on just eat and waited over and hr and half for it to be delivered. What came was nothing like I ordered. When I called I was told I had to wait for owner to call back. Spoke to another guy who told me to come and collect the right order or call just eat for a refund,. I got a refund and feedback left with them directly.Then I get a knock on my door and they seem to have sent me £30 of food that I didn't order. When I called to say not to come near my house or it will be harassment he told me to call the police.Food looked like something I wouldn't even give to my dog and chips onion bhaji and samosas had grease leaking through the package. Going to wait until clay oven re opens so much better.

Ordered midweek food was not bad quite a lot of oil in the dishes and delivery was 35 mins late but food was hot would I order again probably would but less oil if possible.

Ordered a Lamb curry and it was perfect. Had the right amount of spices in it and was very delicious. Would definitely recommend this place. Food is great, hygiene is excellent and service is amazing.

The currys and mix grill are amazing. I usually go in and collect the food but this time i opted for delivery. They have great phone manners and are helpful. Food arrived in 20 minz on a busy friday night. Was warm and delicious. A great night thanks to paprika

GIVE IT A GO.As a south indian my self I've been through generations of Indian food. I order my weekly takeaway from here and have been ever since I moved to Dagenham. I live by myself and unfortunately can't cook a curry. Flavours take me back and always impressed.

Took almost 2 hours to arrive. Food was poor quality texture and looked like someone puked it.

Horrible, avoid at any cost.. the worst food ever in my life time. Got cold food after 90 min . I even offered to return the food without asking for a refund. Ordered Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Chops and biriyani. Ordered to be spicy as well .. Tandoori and chops did not have a single pinch of salt, not exaggeration, not even a single pinch..blant to the core, except for the added red colour.. highly deceptive.. no ways to discribe how bad the food is and had to bin both. Total waste of money and spoiled our family dinner.. dated 12th December 2017
