The steamed fish is a must try. Just perfectly seasoned and cooked.

Perfect service and food. Sarah was really nice and was really kind to our daughter took time to talk to her and show her how to use chopsticks and how to say happy new in Chinese.

Not the best, no lemonade, food overrated and very overpriced, service poor will not return

Food quality was disappointing. Prawn Crackers were stale and clearly the crispy duck was served from frozen as had to send it back as middle was still cold. Clearly it had been put in a microwave as it simply wasn't crispy. Serious improvement required if it to survive in business.

First time ordering here tonight... as I checked the reviews I thought I give it try... I think the reviews are overrated as this is not the food quality I received today compare to what people have posted.But I was disappointed, because the food was not fresh!Chil salt ribs - lacked flavourLemon chicken- batter was too old and chewy chickenSatay beef - beef meat was so chewy you cant bite it to eat properly.. we asked for stir fried but got the them on skewers.Ho fun beef dry noodles - Ho fun was not fresh at all properly a week old noodles.. and again beef not fresh.The worst beef ive ever had in chinese takeaway!You get free spring rolls but you have to pay for delivery anyway.Only decent dish was the plain noodles in beansproutsSo still on the hunt for a decent chinese takeaway in the area.

I have ordered from the Pearl Dragon in Romford twice and have had great service and the food tasted great! The first time ordering I couldn't find the menu so I called and asked if they had what i wanted, the woman on the phone was very patient and friendly. As they take cash on delivery the driver was waiting while i rushed out to get some cash. He was very friendly and didn't mind waiting at all! I've recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good Chinese takeaway since moving. I'm glad i've found The Pearl Dragon, excellent customer service and the food tastes great would highly recommend!

Absolutely the best Chinese I've had in this area. Atmosphere wise it was very nice and cozy. Food was very timely, and was very well presented and tasted as good as it looked. Staff also were very friendly throughout the entire meal.
