Pizza GoGo in Havering

I like the pizza Gogo ''fresh always and not expensive competitive others ''' order quick as well.

Although the pizza was OK, it was not what I ordered, even though I went into the premises after work at 6pm. I had to call to let him know as I ordered hot and the thought of someone else getting my pizza order. However, felt very insulted when he said it was not him!!! He was the only one in there when I went in to order!!! Just accept you got it wrong!!! Apology accepted but sorry pizza go go is not for me.

Unfortunately all 3 pizzas ordered were very soggy and not tasty at all. The garlic herb and bbq sauces were not good at all. My first and most likely last time. :( # disappointed

If I could give no stars I would. Received my order. All raw and soggy wrong pizzas. The pictures do it no justice.Called the shop to be greeted with aggressive man shouting and through abusive words at me. Asked for a full refund and he said manger tomorrow that I would get a refund I’m a liar and apparently my thought that the complete order was wrong.Never ever order here again.

Theres a bold fat foreign man with tattoos behind the counter ,(trying to speak English) talking to a customer very rudely infront of me, twice a week I get my pizzas from there ,and the months ive been going there he never changes his cloths , its the same clothing he wares all the time , this ain't Romania ,its England , wash yourself and change your cloths .very unhygienic of him, not going to go there again, until he changes his Gray top and dirty blue Jean's.

Staff is incredibly rude. I ordered a medium pizza, when I got there they tried to hand me a super large pizza and when I said that wasn’t my order. They said that now I have to pay £8 because you wasted our time and ingredients. I think they were trying to give me someone’s left over pizza. Horrific experience and planning to never go again.

It's unbelievable how many times they got my order wrong, but I kept saying I'll give them another try. I have been in the shop when other customers have complained about the same thing. Guy didn't even have the decency to apologise for getting my order wrong. What is worse he still expected me to walk away with the pizza like nothing had happened. I guess it's just a common problem they face on a daily basis. Saying that pizza is good when they get the order right but I've decided their are plenty of other pizza places nearby.

Good food, need to improve service.I usually go for gogo special with extra sauce and cheese stuff crust.Cheese stuff crust is only a few pounds extra but really elevates the pizza.Double pepperoni pizza is really good too.Tandoori chicken topping is nice too.I usually go and get it instead of getting it delivered.Make sure to add 3 dips for £1

Firstly the guy over the phone is extremely rude. No customer service skills atall. 1hr later food arrived after being told 30mins. Soggy and uncooked. The delivery driver eastern European looking guy with tattoos all over very aggrrssive and demanded i tip him. Which put me in an awkward situation as i paid over the phone by card and had no change. Deffo will not order again. Worst pizza ever

Ordered a £12.00 pizza, delivery time was given 45 mints.pizza received over double time.Food was cold and burnt, topping were not baked properly, so poor quality.Pizza was warmed in Micro before eat. :)Good bye GO GO Pizza
