Pizza Hut in Havering

Tried ordering online, email was sent to me and gave me a reference number and a phone number to place my order. Manager answered , dodnt bother to take order instead he said after 10 we can't do take aways. I got so annoyed because he failed to realise that I'm only ordering a pizza and it's become a mission for me. Instead of helping me he lied, I said stop making up things because it's not 10. Its 9.40. I will not be ordering again. Pizza hut needs to make ordering system better. Staff needs to be trained not to make up lies and when customer get frustrated they become rude instead. No wonder why all pizza hut branches are closing.

Still the best pizza on the high street and look for 50% off pizza if you spend £50 or more. Its a no brainer. Buy £51 pounds worth of pizza and sides and get it for £25.00 Great deal.

20/02/22 The manager at Ardleighgreen pizza hut is very rude you can't even go in and order a pizza you have to do it online and when you do it online they always get it wrong or something missing or it turns up 45 minutes late go to domino’s

Ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 sides. The pizza dough was undercooked, and the sides didn't get delivered! Not going to be ordering from here again

Very slow delivery. Wouldn’t order again. Gone proper down hill since new management took over a while ago

Useless delivery service, still waiting for pizza after 1 hour and 40 minutes and I called and they gave excuse for traffic. This happened last time we ordered. No apology after last time it was delayed. if you do order give it 2 hours before you expect to eat. Ridiculous service.

Awful! Ordered a deal for £24.99, 2 large pizzas 2 sides and 1.5l bottle of drink.......both pizza's are burnt, wouldn't feed it to the dog and they didn't give me the drink, with the excuse when phoning them being "it's not on the recipt, and it's not my problem". Customer service is a joke! Avoid!

Absolutely horrible treatment, order not fulfilled. Ice cream not in stock but they didn't even bother to let you know nor refund the money. Pizza came burnt and definitely not what u would expect from hut. So extremely dossapointed with PIZZA HUT & THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

website service was good,the food arrived on time.the pizzas were nice & hot the taste was "ok" nothing special but pizzahut is never anything special.Chicken wings are tiny, next to a tea spoon

All in all, very friendly staff, great pizza quality, and fast turn around time. Would give them more stars if I could, and would definitely recommend the whole walk in experience.
