Pizza Hut in Havering

Ordered here twice never again wrong order and pizza was handed to me folded and squashed, and teach time they have not cut the pizzas so prepare to cut it yourself, place is just a joke!

Had fantastic customer service from Pizza Hut at Ardleigh Green. I made an enquiry the day before regarding an order for my daughter's pool party at the sports centre. I spoke to a guy called Sultan not sure if he is the manager but he was extremely helpful and gave me lots of tips and advice. I really want to say thank you and the pizzas arrived early for the party. Wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

It’s a shame I had to select a star! You deserve nothing than to be shut down!Made an order through just eat, phoned the shop to inform them one of the toppings we cannot eat due to an allergy. ”the pizza is already in the oven, we cannot do anything” was what we got told! These clearly don’t care if we ended up In hospital for an allergy! Takes our money and wouldn’t do anything about it! Hangs the phone up and won’t answer!! I’d strongly avoid these lot! We are taking this further!! 😡🤬

I ordered a pizza on a Thursday night, waited an hour and still no pizza. I called the shop to ask where my pizza was. The bloke said “oh he is there outside” (oh by the way this pizza place is a mile away from my address)Hmm 20 mins later i call them again to say that “he” is not there outside. The guy on the phone and i quote said “i don’t know, the uber driver disappeared boss”Are you joking me!! I asked for refund he said “call customer service” and then terminated call.Basically moral of story is, this pizza hut is run by clowns. Do not order from here, ever! Honestly I should of seen the reviews. Also why can’t i give 0 stars.

Don’t buy anything from here! They’ll deliver burnt pizza to you, promise to replace it but won’t show up. Then refuse a refund when you take the food back to them. P.s they take their phones off the hook so don’t bother calling

Not worthy of a one star but needed to leave this review. Been waiting over an hour for our pizza and the store manager can do nothing about the lateness, absolute nonsense

Tried ordering online, email was sent to me and gave me a reference number and a phone number to place my order. Manager answered , dodnt bother to take order instead he said after 10 we can't do take aways. I got so annoyed because he failed to realise that I'm only ordering a pizza and it's become a mission for me. Instead of helping me he lied, I said stop making up things because it's not 10. Its 9.40. I will not be ordering again. Pizza hut needs to make ordering system better. Staff needs to be trained not to make up lies and when customer get frustrated they become rude instead. No wonder why all pizza hut branches are closing.

Still the best pizza on the high street and look for 50% off pizza if you spend £50 or more. Its a no brainer. Buy £51 pounds worth of pizza and sides and get it for £25.00Great deal.

20/02/22 The manager at Ardleighgreen pizza hut is very rude you can't even go in and order a pizza you have to do it online and when you do it online they always get it wrong or something missing or it turns up 45 minutes late go to domino’s

Awful! Ordered a deal for £24.99, 2 large pizzas 2 sides and 1.5l bottle of drink.......both pizza's are burnt, wouldn't feed it to the dog and they didn't give me the drink, with the excuse when phoning them being "it's not on the recipt, and it's not my problem". Customer service is a joke! Avoid!
