Pizzatown in Havering

We had a great party for our daughter at Pizza Express Romford! Our hosts Caleb and Nicholas were really attentive and made sure the morning went without a hitch. A brilliant time had by all!

First and foremost (23/07/22) around half 6The chefs do not speak English? very unprofessional. Speaking another language at work is totally unacceptable regardless of what they are talking about. Being disrespectful to one of your co workers? Saying that they are not from Italy because they are 'black' ?? I hope that the young lady and black male receive support from this. On top of that, they do not use disposable gloves when handling food! Why are they using their bare hands to put toppings on our pizza's. Specially the buffalo mozzarella. DISGUSTING. I would not recommended this branch.

Great pizzas that were cooked to perfection , amazing atmosphere with just the right volume music and temperature and really lovely knowledgable waiters that always make you feel special . Will come again!

Fantastic service by our waiter Reuben, very friendly and kind as well as speedy in getting our drinks. Delicious food which was served fast and everyone enjoyed (compliments to the chefs!). Abigail brought us our food and was very polite. Great value for money and made our day out that little bit extra special. 10/10 will be coming back soon!

Superb special day out. Met by friendly staff who appreciated the experience was special and we felt treated as such. From that moment till paying the bill, staff were friendly and courteous. Always clearing tables so we had enough room. Some good recommendations from our server and superb work done by the chefs. A special day was had by all. Thank you Pizza Express.

Terrible service. Waited for over an hour for our food. I Think they forgot about us. 4/5 was vegetarian so no meat to cook. When asked how long our food would be we were told soon and that the chicken took longer (??) left hungry.The ambiance is also the worst of any pizza express I’ve been to. A lot of banging and clanging. Very cafeteria vibes

Fantastic service by our waiter jack. He was so polite and interactive, he made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food was out of this world. (Even with a party of 10)

Fantastic food and service. Visited with my son after watching Sing 2. Great welcome,everything was timely. We had a fab time. Attentive waiting staff - jack and abigail. Even Sean the manager was rolling up his sleeves. True leadership. I would like to nominate these staff for recognition if possible. Please let me know what if anything I need to do. Thanks

WOW, just WOW!!!! the customer service was immaculate!!!. One of the workers, i believe his name was Ben was such a polite young man who gave superb attention to me and my grieving family (we just lost our fish). Would definitely come again aslong as Ben is there to great me once more.

Pizza Express always delivers a delicious meal. Only loses a star as asked for chilli oil and it came in a small plastic pot which wasn't ideal for pouring. Otherwise an excellent meal, efficient staff and an enjoyable experience.
