Prezzo - Hornchurch in Havering

Lovely restaurant in the heart of Hornchurch, service was 10/10, we were served by Bibiana, she was very polite and friendly. I didn’t like my meatballs but that’s just because I’m fussy with meat, the food besides that was delicious! Will be back again :)

Nice food but bad service. Arrived at 6:30 and didn't get our mains until 8:30. Had to ask for a glass of water multiple times. Didnt ask if we wanted any drinks at all in the 3 hours we were there. Wouldn't go back. Another overpriced chain itallian restaurant. The quality of the food doesn't outweigh the poor service as it just makes the experience less enjoyable.

Had a lovely lunch in Prezzo today Hornchurch Branch. Excellent food. Was served by Alex who was friendly and efficient. No rush to vacate our table by staff. Enjoyable experience. Would recommend.Excellent food.

Staff overworked, 3x different waiters serving us, no lit candle as it was there, but burntout. No Valentine's Atmosphere. Garlic bread not cut, had to use kitchen pizza knife. No knowledge of wines served at restaurant. Small portion of main meal, definitely won't ever visit again. Would have had desert and another bottle of wine but was too disappointed.

Booked gor my mother in laws birthday as it is not often that she ventures out in these current times. Sadly even though we said the booking (made in advance), was for a birthday. We were placed by the toilet door. This was luckily our only gripe. The staff were great especially the attentive Indian man. We enjoyed our food, burger, pizza & pasta.

Good food, consistency within the chain.Waiting staff mostly good bar one or two.Priced reasonably. Came to ~£75 for 3 courses + bottle of wine for table for 2 people.

Staff were nice but the food wasn't good. The portion size for the pasta was very small. Had to send a pizza back. We will not be coming back.

Great service and lovely food, went today with our buyagift voucher and loved it. The set menu was great and had a wide range to choose from. Perfect for a date night! Will be coming back again.

In my opinion £13.95 for a pizza is very expensive. The toppings not at all generous. On the plus side, our Waiter was wonderful. Friendly but not intrusive. Full of smiles and obviously wanted to please and keep clients happy. Coffee was excellent and so was the delicious cheesecake with honeycomb and vanilla ice cream.

Lovely Risotto, but very small portion and poor presentation. Same with the Salmon Penne pasta. Disappointed with the Pannacotta- Nice texture and presentation, but couldn't really find any flavour on it. I honestly don't know what that was 😬The staff, lovely! We had a person allergic to cheese, and the girl serving us was amazing finding out what food didn't contain it and recommending the best possible one. She was brilliant handling the situation. I will come back.
