Prosperity in Havering

Food was lovely, not greasy like some places you go, food was hot too. Polite guy on the phone when ordering and our order was ready pretty quickly.

Horrendous service! The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house. Was waiting 30mins for a delivery that should've taken 2mins. Prosperity was rude when i informed them about the mistake the driver had made insisting we were lying about it. But was proven wrong, when they spoke to the driver. When we got our food after 50mins not even a good will gesture!! Been a loyal customer of 20 years but since the change of owners standards have dropped so much. Disgusting customer service and atrocious delivery service. Will not be going back there!

Very poor food this evening. The food was dry and tasteLess. The worst part was finding a hair in the food. Never again.

Disgusting chicken curry, really salty and bitter.Beef and black bean sauce tastes bitter.Sweet & sour chicken Hong Kong style got no sauce, really fry. Chips really soggy. Never use them again. They must of changed chefs

Worst chinese ever… had food poisoning from this place, food is not cooked properly…

When I called to make my order the girl could not get my address correct, 2 different prices and the one that she gave was not what the delivery driver wanted. They really need to sort it out.

A couple of weeks ago I had posted a 5* Google review as this was my favourite Chinese takeaway in the local area… this unfortunately changed tonight and I can now understand why there are so many 1* reviews for your business.To start with, we were missing an item on our order - human error and completely understand this happens - what I don’t appreciate is being called a liar and being refused a refund for an item I did not receive. 20 minutes later on the telephone to a rather unhelpful lady on the phone - being told I can’t have a refund, but also being told she will refund the entire order??? Called me a liar on the phone and refused to put me through to anyone else to help with the issue. I had also explained to her the food was cold and this is another thing I was frustrated about. Eventually; after getting no where with her on the phone I drove down to the takeaway - spoke with the front of house staff who literally told me “not our problem” about my cold food. I explained it wasn’t my fault … “it’s not our fault either” - good businesses take responsibility!!An AWFUL business, no customer service, missing items, no respect, bad management and a lost customer. Avoid!!!

It used to be our go-to Chinese place for years....until this Friday.My wife phoned up an order for home delivery and they said 45 minutes.After an hour and a half my wife called them and they told her she placed a collection order which was not true! However,for the sake of the family dinner my wife drove there to collect it only to be told no order has been placed and that she had to place a new order and wait at which point my wife walked out.Will never order from them again!!!

Will never go to this Chinese again how they have any customer's is beyond belief. Customer service is zero. Took my £42 order and was the rudest person ever. Asked for a refund and walked out. Absolutely disgusting

Went in for a take away. While I was waiting for my food, I realise food was stored under the sink not covered! Really disgusting.... No wonder people get viruses!
