Regretfully disappointing food and service this evening from China Town. Our order took 1hr 45mins to arrive. I called after 70 mins of ordering to ask when we can expect our food, only to be then told that they were having any issues with the online ordering system and they are only just cooking the order. Can I suggest in future, that you call your customers who have ordered to explain any issues your having that will cause a significant delay in them receiving their order. We had a large order which was for a birthday, our kids were upset due to how long the order took to arrive, I'm sure you can fully appreciate how frustrated we were as parents. The food itself was was abysmal, chicken balls were swimming in grease, foo yung wasn't fully cooked and also was swimming in 'egg juices' The prawn toast was literally nuked to within an inch of its life, and the crispy shredded chilli beef was anything but it's title, it was cold and soft. Finally the sauce with the barbeque spare ribs was tasteless. The only items on our order that were just about salavgable was the noodles and rice. Absolutely disgraceful, waste of money and completely ruined a birthday treat we were all looking forward to as a family! Definitely won't be ordering from China Town anymore! The fact that China Town doesn't even reply to it's dissatisfied customer's on Google speaks volumes about their ethics! Disgusting 👎🏻

Really enjoyed my sweet and sour chicken, the special fried rice is great too. Came in good time and was delicious, exactly what you need from a takeaway

I was recommended China Town so decided to pay a visit over the Easter Bank Holiday but was disappointed. I ordered Singapore chilli noodles and deep fried chilli beef hot. The noodles had some kind of curry spice and we're yellowish in color, the noodles were all in bits as well, absolutely disgusting in fact couldn't even eat them had a few mouthful and thre them out. The deep fried chilli beef was swimming in what looked like a sweet and sour sauce with chilli added, you could count the pieces of beef. Very poor quality and would never go back or recommend to anyone.
