Its my first time coming to this restaurant in Rush Green! I can say, I am so amazed by their company, food is absolutely brilliant with a reasonable price! Good music too!After each meal, they asked me and my friend if we have enjoyed our food! I am giving them a FULL 5/5 star rating! DEFINITELY coming again❤️❤️❤️

Always great tasting food. Family run business and the chef (Shobit) always has time to come out and say hello. Price is best I have seen locally.

Wonderful place to have your Lunch / Dinner. I understand from the owner that the Restaurant is now under new Management, and I can say confidently that they have delivered the change exceptionally well. This was evident when other customer who reviewed said there is a change in management.Service: Excellent customer services by the front staff and at Reception. The first impression is the most important part in Restaurant Industry and the staff at front nailed it. The front staff welcome us with a warm smile and take us to the table. Throughout the time we spend in restaurant Front Staff and Reception team constantly keep us updated with our order. The staff were Polite and so engaging, you cannot give less than a 5 Star. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. The staff truly cares about customer experience.Food: This was our first time we visited the place and were not sure about the quality. But I must say the quality was OUTSTANDING. Each and every item we ordered looked so fresh and was hot as one have it in their own home. The food portion was more than enough, warmness of food kept the taste alive, and definitely authentic Indian taste. I bet you will not miss the taste of restaurant in India.Price: Looking to the food portion and the price I can definitely say it’s quite reasonable. It only cost us £28 for 3 people, including starter and main. I mean what else one can expect, and remember the key here was that the food quality was par excellent.Location: The restaurant is on Rush Green road. The parking is free on near by street after 6.30pm so it suits if anyone planning to go for Dinner.I would like everyone who reads my review to visit the place and witness the taste of the food and service. Also, it is under new management so worth giving try to see what hard work the new team has put into it. I would like to come back here again and again.I recommend to everyone!

I have enjoyed this restaurant on the outskirts of Romford town for over 10 years. It is in quieter Rush Green, and parking would be on the residential streets around. The restaurant has changed management during the COVID years, but it still very successfully offers intimacy, attentive service and great food. In my most recent visit with a family member, and it was the simple things that really impressed me, like the taste and quality of their cooked rice - it was colourfully seasoned yet the rice could be tasted, non-oily, and with just the right balance of firmness and give. A real pleasure dining with Saffron.

Havent been here for a while and i must say the food is really good! New owners since i last visited here and the service and food has definitely improved. Ordered a dish that wasnt on the menu and it wasnt any trouble for them - really tasty and a good size portion! Great value. Wont be long till a return visit

We have dined in and had takeaways delivered. Very friendly and efficient can't fault the food, very flavoursome. No problem booking a table, deliveries have all arrived within time frame given.

Just received a takeaway from here for five of us. We all said it's the worst Indian we've ever had. Tandoori mixed grill tasted nothing like tandoori, no way was it cooked in the traditional way. Keema nan was bland. Hardly any meat on the lamb chops and the little that was on there was as rough as an old boot.Korma was awful. To top it off spent £55 and never even got any popadoms.Dreadful, never use again.

This is one of my favourite place now, to go for dine and for any other celebration. We celebrated our friend's bday today. The food was yum 😋 specially KALAUNGI BAINGAN. I found that rare taste. Go and try that rare taste you will never get anywhere else.
