Just had food delivered very polite delivery driver fast and efficient service. Great value for money . Was very impressed by the quality and service from this shop . Would definitely recommend. Lovely choice on menus . Best by far

Lovely fresh food from here ,cannot fault it’s quality. Loads of fresh salad and the best kebabs by far . Fresh pizza as well as lots of choice on the menu. Highly recommend this shop for service and quality. Friendly staff and quick delivery

Pre ordered a kebab for my Mum via Just Eat for 5.30, check on order status and it says now expected at 7.10pm so I cancelled order. Just Eat don't let you cancel if the food is being prepared. The owner then called my Mum directly being aggressive and having a go at her for cancelling saying she has cost them money, and they are adding her to their 'red list'. My husband then called to complain and was met with the same attitude from the wife. Appalling place.

Please beware this is not authentic Turkish restaurant,I tried this place twice,once on just eat and then as collection myself.Both times the food tasted very bland and dry.Its not Turkish food at all.The lamb is not edible at all honestly so stick with chicken,but tbh with the price of £16.99 the amount of food they offer is quite good,only if they could improve the flavouring of food.They don't serve Turkish bread either ,just normal dead pitta bread.Also don't expect Turkish rice or cuscus as they only offer boiled rice.Over all 3/5.

Bad food,bad customer service,bad restaurant,bad ambiance,bad boss man,also before you reply to my review ,this is for you big man,learn some manners or do a course on how to run a business rather than fighting with customers on Google maps you poosy,also boss man concentrate on right beef ,you are too busy beefing customers on Google maps,how about you spend time focusing on orders not being late and food not being cold and dry.I would advice people to buy Tesco meal deal rather than buying this plastic and paper kebabs.Shut up owner.I don't care about your reply so go sleep

My 1st order from here, Not the norm order, I Had a burger salad,and chips, kids had meat feast pizza to share and the misses had kebab wrap, yep a kebab wrap, and they didn't hesitate, asked twice making sure it def awrap then made it, and she was a happy girl saying it was really nice so much filling, she was stuffed from eating it, both me and kids enjoyed ours too, staff was friendly and happy, this is my new kebab shop from now on. See you again soon

We Had such a yummy pizza, and kebab, the portion/filling size was really good, and the salad pot was full not like other places where they can be stingy this pot had lots n filled to the brim.had Delivered and within time, driver smiley and was polite, overall yum yum yum definitely will get again from here.

Have always ordered from Shen kebab and will continue to do so. Can’t understand the bad reviews, have never had a bad meal from here. It’s probably better to pick up the food directly from the shop than go through just eat etc. the owner has always been polite with me aswell. And the food speaks for itself.

Waited 1 and a half hours on a Monday for 2 donner Kebab and chips. When we rang to get an update on our order, the man who answered the phone sounded confused of where he was.... LolWent quite for a minute then said "we suddenly got really busy" well we ordered over an hour ago so it only just getting busy is irelivent.When food finally arrives, I'm met with dry over cooked doner meat which seems as if tis been carved and left to dry out, not fresh.The salad was dried out and tasteless, wasn't coated with lemon juice which could of helped this. I think they must have thought salad was just for decoration and people don't actually eat it.Will not be ordering from again.
