Been a fan of smokin griddle for a while and not been here since before covid but did not disappoint. Was just as good as we remembered and love the meal deals they do now. Amy took our order and was really helpfull and chatty. Only thing Is I'd love to see the gravy dipping pot back on the menu 😁🙏 lol.

Best taisted skinny fries in London! Absolutely delicious! Burgers a big and fresh! Highly recommended eat in or delivery. When delivered, still steaming hot. Great for family quick dinner or to pleased guests.

Have had a few burgers from SG and I feel like now is about time I wrote something about them. I've always been impressed with the standard of food from these guys, it's absolutely the best burger you'll find in this area, and by a long, long way. The portion sizes are always excellent, and the ingredients are always top drawer - really succulent meats especially. I tend to go for the Ranch or the SFC, both are fantastic examples of what a great burger should be. Don't even get me started on the milkshakes - they are ridiculously good. Thick, sweet and almost a meal by themselves. Honestly, if you fancy a treat and you're very hungry, a burger, side of fries and a shake from these guys will absolutely see you right. I also feel like I should address some of the other people who have left negative reviews claiming that the deliveries take a while to arrive. I'd ask those same people to show me a single take away business that isn't absolutely stacked on a Friday or Saturday night. SG have always made it clear when their peak times are, through whichever platform you choose to order from, and so you can always know ahead of time roughly how long your order will take. Honestly though, as someone who has occasionally ordered at other times throughout the week, I've had a piping hot meal in front of me in half an hour. So their delivery times have never been an issue and it seems unfair to criticise them for taking slightly longer during peak times, because literally every other business will be in the same position. Be reasonable with your time demands/expectations during busy times, and you'll have a great experience with them. 10/10.

Incredible food every single time and amazing customer service!The burgers are consistently cooked perfectly, sides are always delicious (whether the fries, chicken strips or even the liquid cheese) and any milkshakes are delicious.Will definitely continue ordering from here!

Ordered for the first time tonight and food was delivered within 20 minutes . Got a ranch burger which was amazing and had loads of pulled pork. The sweet potato fries were great too. Will definitely use again

food all taste lovely but for the price we paid I don't expect to recieve my food half exposed in a tin foil wrap... they should be coming in boxes anyone could have touched my food or done something to it on its journey. not very hygienic at all. £10 to £15 for a burger and comes in a half bit of tin foil 🤦🏼‍♀️

Always love the smokin griddle burgers and milkshakes, great meals. I rate the fries too, but theyre always oversalted, very stubby and small and often too soggy and greasy by the time they come to my house, gutted. All the best team

I ordered the Duo which comes with 2 milkshakes and upon delivery the straws were already put in the lids which meant they were exposed from the restaurant to my door. It also meant that the person who was pushing the straws in the lid handled the straws with their bare hands. This is not hygienic, it doesn't follow covid standards and is not acceptable. I contacted the restaurant to let them know and they were rude and nonchalant to the situation and there was no resolution offered. Establishments such as KFC no McDonald's do not provide their straws exposed for clear hygiene reasons.

One of the best burgers I had a in a long time. Got takeaway (collection) drive 10mins home and it was still hot. Package well so the bun doesn’t get soggy. I went for the ranch burger was so good. All ingredients went well together. Thanks smokin for make this wonderful food experience.
