Starbucks Coffee in Havering

Best Starbucks branch I've been to, yet - and I'm basically a frappuccino addict at this point so wherever I spot a Starbucks in London i give it a shot. The drink quality is top notch and the staff is amazing. They also went through a refurbishment a few months back and it looks really nice; clean as well.

Amazing coffee and atmosphere always!Tatiana is the lovelies waitress always puts a smile on peoples faces and works very hard in order to keep her colleagues as well as costumer's fully satisfied.We are all humans and Starbucks allows us to relax and relive stress with a cup of coffee, sometimes we have bad days we don’t look our best but it’s understandable STARBUCKS is no place of judgment☺️

Literally my favourite Starbucks. The staff is alwayshappy to see it's customers and will always give youpositive energy. Always smiling and doing theirjob with pleasure. When I come here, Tatiana is extremely friendly and nice to the customers. She always leaves a cute message on my cup wishing me a good day, which I think is a great way to become closer to the customers. Overall, I highly recommend thisStarbucks because it's not only about the drinks but it'salso about the energy you get from the staff

Thank goodness for this Starbucks! Visited the one in the shopping centre and wasn’t given the coffee I asked for. Even when I complained I was told a latte is the same as a macchiato. The coffee I was given was horrible. Went to the brewery Starbucks, explained what happened and they made me a new coffee exactly to my order.Never in my life have I been told how to take my coffee. Will always come straight here in future

There are very few Starbucks branches that could compare to this one in terms of customer service. No matter who serves you at the till or makes a coffee, they meet you with a friendly smile, give good advice and are incredibly polite. I would especially like to distinguish Elena for her personal approach that puts me in the great mood for the rest of the day. I go here at least once a week and have never experienced any issues. Whoever is in charge of the recruitment for this branch and the whole customer service team deserve a raise.

I have just been served by a very polite man working at Starbucks - Faid - impeccable customer service. I have visited many Starbucks and this is by far the best the whole team Are just impeccable with their manners. Also it’s so so clean. Starbucks management you need to take note and praise the team here
