The staff here are amazing. Polite, friendly even got a bowl of water for our dog with out us even asking. In hornchurch its a lovely place to go and we love our tea

First time in tea island you have to book before hand, a lovely tea room very friendly and helpful staff. We had the afternoon tea for 4 people, refillable tea pots, a glass of wine all reasonable priced.will definitely go back again. Well done to all the staff.

My friend and I went to Tea Island for afternoon tea and we were very impressed. The staff were welcoming and the shop has a beautifully unique and quirky aesthetic.Now onto the best bit…the food! It was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. I wasn’t keen on one of the cakes, but that was more about personal preference. Nonetheless, the strawberry and cream cake, lemon drizzle, scones and other cakes more delighted my tastebuds and filled my tummy!We had a good choice of teas, the sandwiches were fresh, the cakes were moist and we’ll definitely be going back! Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon.

Lovely vintage tea room serving afternoon tea and cakes. The staff are friendly and helpful.We had the afternoon tea, which was tasty and good value for money too. The tea includes a variety of dainty sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, petit fours and a choice of different cakes. This came with refillable pots of tea and coffee (not all types are covered by this). We also had prosecco which made it extra special.The staff also ensured that there were diary-free options for us too.I would definitely recommend it.
