First time I been to this place..Well done up.staff was very welcoming and friendly.we waited around 10mins for our order to be taken.Food was very tasty I had salmon tacos onion rings and fries. After eating we waited a good 20.mins for the waitress to come over.asked for the bill and then waited another 20mins for her to come back we had to ask the security guard who was walking around to find someone so we could pay our bill.this waiting around was the only let down.

Decent restaurant but it’s expensive for the quality you get.The ambience at the TGIs is good with comfy seats and cool props everywhere. But, I think the food is getting v expensive (surf and turf is approaching £30) for what equates to pretty average quality.I ordered the surf and turf and I got exactly 2 smallish prawns for the surf bit! I also ordered my steak medium but it was well done. The whole meal was dry and over cooked , with a small portion of fries for almost 30 quid
Although, my partner’s food in the photo was definitely better than mine so it may be luck of the draw almost.Really good selection of drinks and cocktails, but I don’t think they pour much alcohol in them!Service was good though, and the food came quite quickly, but it did take a while for a server to be free when we first came in.Good location too, next to the Brewery with a car park and excellent Romford transport links.Overall I probably wouldn’t recommend for the food quality alone but it’s a fun place especially if you’re sat in the middle of the dining area. Just expect to pay for that!

Love a family meal at TGIs.They do however seem to be under staffed whenever we visit. The staff are still very helpful and kind. The delay in ordering means the food can take a while to come out on a Friday evening. When it does, it's worth it.My cobb salad was huge! And satisfying. The avocado & lime dressing option was a bonus! We always love the buffalo wings/bites.Mac n cheese bites are sooo succulent unlike the more common dry versions elsewhere. My sons love the ribs! And the quasadiles were a great new dish for us.Mocktails were also delicious😋Pictures of food barely taken in time as we grabbed at it on arrival 😂

I always love coming here. In fact I'ce made it a tradition to pop in every Friday even if it's just to have a beer! Lively, friendly staff, great food, and beers on tap, some of them you'll struggle to find elsewhere at a reasonable price! The music is always brilliant, and the atmosphere vibrant. Perfect for weekend dining or a mid week treat.

Good place to visit. Deco and food was excellent. Not 5 stars because we had to wait about 30m for the food, (3x kids so very small portions and 2x adults, burgers). We were not the only ones, maybe not enough staff to cover the demand.Bathrooms were sadly quite of a mess. Mountains of toilet paper next to the toilet, smelling like urine.Plates were well presented and with a standard amount, you wont leave starving but quite overpriced for the amount if you compare to other restaurants. The staff, excellent. Very polite and not bothering while people were having their meal.

First time going to TGI Fridays and I will definitely be going back it weren't to busy which was good, and the food OMG it was some the best food I had in a long time. The waiter was so friendly and polite. It was someone's birthday on table next to me. All the staff stopped what they were doing to sing happy birthday and try to get everyone in the restaurant involved. Can't wait to go back and try some other things on the menu.

Am I ever going there?! NO! 80g of rice is the enourmous quantity you can see in photos, fries for kids so salty, ice on the juice more than juice, dirty and the table service so bad....when I spoke to the manager about the issues I had I understood why everything is so wrong....anyway...not a place to go anymore...

Always enjoy their Sesame Chicken Strips but thought I would try something different. The mains I chose was average, very small portion for price. Ordered Teriyaki Salmon with seasoned rice the lovely garnishing was much more than the actual meal. Felt bad for the staff who looked run off their feet as you can no longer get your own drinks.

Booked a table, mentioned dietary allergies on booking for 5pm. Waitress wasn't aware of any dietary needs, ribs was warm and chips where hot. We have had better.

My avocado stake salad was really fresh and tasty but next time I will ask for medium rare as meat was a little bit to dry. Dessert was to die for. Service was great. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. Good lunch overall 😋
