The Cranleigh in Havering

Last Sunday we had a family birthday meal for 10 people at The Cranleigh.The service, selection and quality of the food was excellent. We have visited this restaurant over many years and have always found the standard has been maintained.

The service at the Cranleigh for our mother's wake was excellent. The thoughtfulness of Christine and all the staff was lovely and they made, what was a very stressful time, easier.The venue is beautiful and the whole event was classy. The variety of food catered for everyone and was top quality.It really was a good send off for our mum

Lovely place for a special occasion. Staff are great but uniform needs to be looked at. One waitress had an extremely short skirt and didn't leave much for the imagination.Hats off to Martin who made us laugh 😃

Very nice place. The food was perfection, the service excellent.The live Singer was great too.Very clean, lovely place. The pictures are nice but the restaurant lacks character, a bit too bare. I could decorate it more creatively and warmly, plants would help too, but all in all it was a lovely experience for a birthday dinner.

Our experience.Arrived here for a rat pack night with friends.Drinks were ordered and served very quickly starters and main meal orders were taken promptly, all food arrived piping hot and very tasty, steak, lamb, sole . Staff were on hand to take drinks orders no hanging around waiting for drinks or food.Staff were exceptionally helpful and polite,Tables were well spaced apart so your not sitting on top of other guests , no cramming people in here.Entertainment was great defiantly would come back, trying to think of any negativity of the evening, but can’t fault the place. Well done all at cranleigh.

went here for my mums 80th birthday on Sunday. Everything was perfect. There were 20 of us ranging from 11 months to mum at 80. The staff were amazing as was the food. Thankyou to Everyone it was fabulous.

Had a fantastic Commendation ceremony held, well suited for everyone that attended.Staffs were very professional 👏 👌When it comes to neatness and orderliness, top notch......... 👌Thanks to the organisers and thanks again to entire management of Cranleigh.

Superbly prepared food, friendly helpful staff. Not keen on the temperature check on the way in though, but I understand why.I ate from the lunchtime menu, with some nice roasted lunch options, beef, pork, salmon all cooked beautifully, but the choice felt a little dated.I did enjoy my visit though.

Visited last night for my Christmas work do. Function room was fairly small but tables were spaced out fairly well. DJ after dinner was great and played some pretty good music. However, was a little disappointed with the Christmas dinner, was pretty bland and basic, no proper roast potatoes and no Yorkshire puddings given.

Food is of high quality, from starter to dessert. Friendly staff, own carpark
