The Dragon Inn in Havering

Be very careful when eating in on the prices.Lovely people, but by god you really pay a massive price for dinning in, canned beer, wine not great, most items you order are doubled up even if you don’t want that, service good, but again an extortionate price.Sorry, but they have lost us for customers in future, doesn’t warrant the prices they charge, such a shame, we wont be back.

Delicious food, friendly service. Have been a regular now for the past few years, enjoying their take-aways every couple of weeks. Have also dined in on a few occasions, to enjoy the food straight from the kitchen, and haven't been let down once. Great food, well done

The food is the best Chinese I ever had ,and the lady who runs it is amazing couldn't be anymore nicer everyone should go here x

Was very very disappointed, I'd give a no star if it were possible, firstly the food took so long we were planning on just paying for drinks and leaving,when the food finally arrived the manager apologised and said I've given big portions for the delay but then charged us for the big portions,the bill was almost £50 over what we ordered,we had to challenge it to have most of our money refunded, she now wanted us to pay for service charge to cover the refund,what service we said, not never going there again

Enjoyed a beautiful meal for 2 , service was brilliant and attentive. Not pushy . Food was very fresh hot and tasty. No pressure to hurry you along. Enjoyed our time there. Will be going back very soon.

I was surprised to be billed for service charge for 2 especially when the restaurant was freezing with no heating and was provided with blankets. Was encouraged to try different dips in very small sample quantity and charged £3 for each dip. We were charged for Prawn crackers that you get for free with every take away. Prices are not matching the menu and were told verbally the new increased price when our order was being taken. Food tasted off, we couldn't eat and overpriced. Ended up going to the Turkish restaurant round the corner.

Food quality is worst, had chicken wings with other dishes, felt they were stored in the fridge for ages. FOOD QUALITY WAS SO BAD WE BEARLEY TOUCHED THE FOOD. NO heater, it was very cold inside. Super expensive, they even charge for sauces where as in most restaurants they come for free. Menu is overpriced compared to any other Chinese restaurant. After all that you have a service charge to pay. It was our first and last time there.

Had a takeaway from here last night, been up and down all night with an upset stomach, food didn't taste right we all left it and my grand daughter had a hair in her food so she left all hers.Also they tried to charge us well over the price that was on the menu, so when we queried it the price was dropped a lot lower.Will never eat from here again.

A gem of a restaurant, hugely friendly service, have never felt so welcome in a restaurant before, the lady who runs it is amazing! The food is absolutely delicious and keenly priced with a good selection on the menu. My car keys feel out of my cardigan pocket meaning I left them behind but they'd carefully kept them safe for me when I realised & came back 10 minutes later. Will be back again for more delicious food!

Dragon inn is the best Chinese restaurant In the area imo. We have never been to the restaurant, but have had many takeaways the food is outstanding, very quick delivery, the owners and staff are so polite. If you like good Chinese food you can't go wrong ordering from the Dragon inn.
