The Harrow- Ember Inn in Havering

Friendly service but not very efficient, ordered on the app and had to go in and collect it as we waited so long, it was sitting on a tray on the bar. It was a Saturday afternoon, not overly busy - would struggle if it was busier! Good value though, we didn't have food.

Great family meals at low cost but good quality. I'll share more pictures soon as we are bound to return shortly.You can scan and order, pay at the tables so lots of self paced control and no rush of waiting staff etc.Chicken wings *yup I'm a huge fan!Cob salad...less of a fan as I expected it to be charred corn.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat after work. Was very happy to see they have a new menu with a lot of choice. Food was lovely. Grace served us and was very friendly and efficient. I will definitely be going back to try more of their new dishes and for the bottomless brunch too.

Had a great time despite the wait on our food. The staff are friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed our night and recommend a visit to others. Nicki on the bar was apologetic when we asked how much longer our food would be but checked on it and gave us an estimated time frame.

We spent our Mother’s Day at The Harrow, the team were absolutely fantastic. They were enthusiastic and very helpful. It was very busy in there which created a fab atmosphere. Our food was delicious, one of the best pub roasts we know, we regularly visit and this just makes us come back each and every time. Thank you to the team that made our visit great! We will be back very soon to try the rest of their new menu!

We had a great visit on Sunday. The food was cooked very well and everyone was lovely. They had a good atmosphere and good value for money. Their Sunday set menu is a great hit! The staff were superb and helped us order via the order at table, which was great as we didn’t even have to get up to go to the bar, everything came straight to our table. We will be glad to come back soon!

The Harrow Pub - very poor service, waited over an hour for our food, no one kept us updated or informed.Food came out, partially cold and tasted like microwave food. Ordered turkey roast and haddock and chips.No remorse when telling staff about the food, they said ee should have informed them earlier- yet no one came to see how our food was and couldn't find a waiter to tell. Other people also complained about their food with some even sending there's back.Problem is you have to pay upfront for your food (via the app) so staff don't care if you like it or not.

Visited with a couple of friends. Was served by Nikki who was great. She bought our drinks to us and was very polite and friendly. We even spoke about how much more relaxing it is to not have to fight loads of people at the bar to get served as they can also take your order at the table or you can use their app. We will definitely be back again.

Lovely family friendly place.Recently had lunch there and the food I would rate as good, so dont expect amazing food. Just standard pub grub.But friendly staff and great place to meet people as it has spacious outdoor seating area too.

Good food great atmosphere. I really enjoyed their roast dinner. Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend their long island iced tea cocktail. Free parking also available.
