Love there steak Tuesday days. Price is good as u get a alcoholic drink too .but there all day brunch is a winner

My girlfriend and I went here for lunch after shopping in Romford and found it very good value and quality. I had grilled chicken and my girlfriend had ham, egg and chips. The hot drinks with refills are excellent too. The service was good.

Enjoyable busy pub. Go there because you like cheap drinks, acceptable good edible value food.... And the buzz of a decent vibrant everyday pub! The food is brilliant for the cost, can't fault what we had.

Love this pub, THE local to be in, in Romford. Jess is absolutely amazing, always welcomes me and is attentive and polite every single time. A credit to the team! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Awful pub. Dirty glass, sticky tables and full of underage drinkers on a Saturday night. We agreed to stay for one drink as we’d had a nice dinner round the corner. Glass collector who claimed she was the manager, she looked like she was between 18-22 years old, rudely pushed past us, telling my husband and friend’s husband to move. We were gobsmacked and have never known this in any pub we’ve been to…we weren’t even blocking the walkway and remained in our same spot for the duration of our stay. The doorman sincerely apologized, as did one of the other polite glass collectors, I think they were as shocked as we were. We won’t be returning, I’d like to give the young lady some advice…if you don’t like your job, please don’t take it out on your customers.

Came in for valentines day ordered the 3 starters/side and 2 meals, food arrived 1 starter was missing and my meal (the fiesta burger, vegan beyond patty with toppings of roasted peppers, courgette and onion with side of guac, salsa onion rings and chips ) was wrong it was the standard beyond meat burger, which is cheaper than what i ordered , took back the burger and they said they would bring me out a new one, new one came and it was just the same burger reheated in the microwave with a pot of salsa on the side, took it back again and they said theyd just send out the sides. Sides came and was just onion rings scraps at that no onions,pepers or courgette for the burger, the things that make it a "gourmet vegan fiesta burger" took it back once again only for the staff member to claim that the veg toppings are in fact inside the patty rather than toppings like that which are displayed in the google image for the burger or what is stated on the menu, at this point we are also still missing the 3rd starter/side. Honestly it was an absolute shambles. Thankfully the staff member was very quick to give a refund for icorecct/missing itemsThe food that did arrive my partner thought was alright.

Great food and amazing atmosphere. Would highly recommend it to anyone either travelling or is from the area.

A wonderful pub. Staff were fully on top of everything. I spoke to the manager lady this afternoon Caitlyn and she was so kind and helpful. I can’t wait to visit again. I also really enjoyed the food. My husband loved the selection of ales.

Rank. Food was tepid at best. Mushroom was older than me. Every empty table was full of dirty plates and glasses. I like a spoons every now and then but this will be my last visit.

Newly refurbished. Usual Wetherspoons fare: wide selection of real ales, cheap drinks, cheap food. Food service is fast, quite roomy. No complaints at all. Post refurbishment there are new staff working, so previous complaints might not be relevant.
