Welcome Inn in Havering

First used the Welcome Inn 25 yrs ago when mum dad Gar Charlene and Mae Ling were there haven't been in for several years for different reasons but happy to say it's still the best Chinese we've ever used, glad to say we'll be back again soon!!!

Was my favourite local restaurant. Sadly this restaurant changed hands and the food is now well below par. Thankfully they distracted me with the worst customer service I’ve ever been subjected to. Repeatedly got orders wrong - terrible if you have a food allergy. I’ve given up.

Do not order from this place. They won’t deliver if they don’t feel like it. I’m 2.2 miles away from them and they say they deliver under 3 miles and they don’t want to. Such rude staff food is ok but much better out there. I used to order from them all the time and tell everyone to go here but now I will not be ordering from them and I will be telling people to avoid at all costs!! So rude !! They do not care about their customers will never give them a penny again and will make sure others know about it aswell

I went here yesterday evening for a family dinner & had a lovely time. They have managed dine in really well with plenty of space. Everything is spotless and the food was amazing! This will now be our regular, could not fault anything at all!!
