Went for a meal here on Friday evening. Never been here before so thought we would give it a try. Not impressed at all. Our rice and vegetable dishes turned up cold and we had to ask for them to be heated up, the poppadoms were not great and the starter dishes were really small. The toilets clearly had some kind of leak as the floor was soaking wet. We will not go back here.

Just picked up a takeaway and the food was extremely disappointing in fact to the point it was inedible. The Murgh Makhani (a staple dish all over India) was like eating chicken in a watery tomato sauce, truly awful. The Sag Paneer was just spinach, and lacked any sort of taste. I would give minus stars if I could, the worse meal I have in years

For a spontaneous walk in, this place impressed! We went for the set meal for 3, and boy did we get a tonne of food! We got a great range of dishes and were pretty pleased! Prices all seemed good value across the board. Only down a star because the menu I was given had curry smeared on the laminated pages…. Surely with covid these should’ve been wiped after every use?

Just want everyone to know that I have tried nearly every indian takeaway in Hornchurch. I can promise you Zarana is the best. Actually amazing

Excellent place for indian/Bangladeshi foods in this area.

The food was fantastic, and because of that it gets two stars. However, the older, short gentleman who served us was incredibly rude in his behaviour. Grunting in response to questions, giving plates of food to the wrong people and acting as if he either didn't want to be there, or didn't want us there. The younger, taller man who served us was very friendly and had good manners. My advice to the restaurant would be to either re-train the first waiter to have better manners, or reassign him to a different role, as he badly lets down the rest of the team.

Ordered a delivery for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. Courteous telephone manner and polite driver. Food was delicious and well cooked. We’ve tried a few places locally but this is by far our favourite, will definitely order again and will try the restaurant too. Well done 👍🏽

This is a great Indian restaurant and I have eaten there on a number of occasions. With the six course special for £12.95 makes a night out very cheap. If you order your meal for takeaway online or over the phone then there is a further price reduction. The staff may not be the most outgoing but the restaurant is well worth a visit.
