Zizzi - Hornchurch in Havering

Always a great atmosphere and tentative staff. Great place to take babies and young children. Very clean

Great atmosphere and food. New ordering app was bit flaky to start with kept shutting down on my phone for no reason. Noticed that you cannot ask for an ingredient to be removed on the app but worked well enough when app stabilized and orders made

Nice bright decor and friendly staff overall. Food quality was good and had a good time there taking our time to have dinner and dessert on Valentines weekend. Did become a bit busy with families with kids but shows that its family friendly.

1st time going Zizis in Hornchurch, lovely, clean and friendly. Food was delicious, and our waitress Barbara was defo the hostess with the mostess!! Made the effort from entering to leaving .lovely woman, customer service 10/10 👍. Would definitely go back.

Truely recommend this local. Staff is realy friendly and helpful. Food like always delicious! Special thanks for waitress Barbara!:)

John made the most amazing cocktail, he is really a credit to the business! Also Barbara was amazing with her service, they deserve a raise!

Great menu, nice booths, charming staff, parking on side road. A plus. :)

Everyone had lovely meals. Very tasty! Olive oil was of a high quality! The chocolate cake had run out and the manager made the right decision in giving us an alternative option. Thank you for a splendid evening all.

Popped in for coffee. So very disappointed. Mine was only just about tepid. Another was give a cup only half full. The third just about drinkable. Half full replaced with fresh cup. Tepid replace with coffee so hot impossible to even attempt to drink and totally tasteless. The Manager did apologise and did not charge for the coffees but for me this was a very bad experience.

Food was good , staff very pleasant . Service just a little wait. But overall a very nice experience . Would go again
