Arens Bar Restaurant in Hillingdon

First off I absolutely love the look of this place. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I tried the new Korean chicken burger that was on the menu. To be honest , for 18 pound wasn't sure what to expect but what I received didn't meet my expectations. It looked real good but the flavours just didn't sit well with me. To me it tasted a bit fishy. I love Asian food don't get wrong but I was let down with the flavours of this particular burger. My partner got the fillet steak and that was cooked to perfection. Absolutely amazing , tender and juicy. If fact no knife required as it just fell apart. I will most certainly go back again as it's an amazing place to dine , friendly and my burger aside real tasty food. Can't please everyone all the time which is why I will try something else next time.

Really stylish, modern place right next to Ruislip woods, Ruislip Lido. Great location, feel likes you're deep in the woods. The restaurant bar looks really beautiful, made out of wood. Nicely decorated inside. Really friendly staff, full of energy. Food and cocktail are really nice. We ordered nachos to share (Great size), bbg sticky wings and cauliflower bites. All were really nice, but did not how a wow factor. Was good, but think the ambience and atmosphere are more appealing. Had a raspberry cocktail, which looked really nice and tasted quite nice. The Apple juice and Elderflower Mocktail was definitely the standout drink! The disappointment was the Old fashioned coctail. Looked really impressive, but lacked flavour depth for an Old fashioned. Tasted more like a medicine. Also for a local place, it is pretty expensive. Saying that, overall a great place and definitely will be going back.

Very good place to have dinner or lunch. Had my office dinner party. The sraffs were very helpful and understanding. No mistakes with 23people 3 course dinner menu. Much recommended. Must try.

Awful food!’ No potato in the fries and a burnt cold dinner. Overpriced silly place. It thinks its a Chelsea restaurant when the reality is its located opposite ruislip lido!

10/10 roast.Fantastic service, especially Daniella who was so kind and attentive.Desert cocktails are also a MUST

Best salmon I've had! We've been coming here at least once a month since moving into the area and they never disappoint! The food is great and the service is impeccable! Today's host was Gabby and she was absolutely lovely to us - thank you Arens! See you on my 30th 😊

Wow.....This restaurant has gone above and beyond, it's a Christmas wonder land.The decor is fabulous, a Christmas grotto. Their florish did a spectacular job. Love it.The food was delicious, came out in excellent timing, presentation of food was very creative too, shame to mess it up😆The staff were great, really helpful, friendly and a great sense of humour too, which you dont normally get in restaurants these days.. shows they are a great team and full of festive fun and charm.Definitely recommend coming here, I'd definitely love to come back here myself.Yes it may have been alot of money but definitely worth it.

Really great spot. Efficient service, delicious fresh food. And the decor - wow! It simply is the most beautiful indoor garden. A real winter Wonderland 🎄🥂🍾Oh and it's lovely and warm too. All staff so friendly - even the barman!

Beautiful restaurant + Great atmosphere 5*Good for large and small group occasions.Order and pay at the same time. Card payment only .We went as a large group from work for dinner therefore we mixed and matched our orders.Salmon was amazingVeggie ‘beef’ cheeseburger - had a bite of the burger and it was okay.My friends said the steaks and chicken skewers was lovely .Drinks were very much watered down and not much flavour. It was quite busy so they might have gotten things wrong.The worst fish and chips I’ve ever seen in my life!! My friend found it hilarious she was asking if she could borrow the stake knife to cut through it. We all ordered at the same time but they had forgotten her order and when the order eventually arrived she was kind enough to say it was okay. We all had a laugh out of it because she refused to complain about it. We did share some of our dinner with her.

Staff very friendly and lovely decor. The bottomless Saturday brunch is really worth the money really nice food and the OJ and bottle of prosecco is left on the table. They are good with refilling too. Staff very accommodating with making the desert arrive with a candle and doing food swaps. Thank you! 👍
