Asda South Ruislip Superstore in Hillingdon

Jasmine who works on Self Service is a wonderful person and an asset to Asda - always so polite, friendly & professional - I hope her manager realises how good she is!!

I always go to South Ruislip Asda for shopping. Not complaining about product or location. But today I had a horrible experience with staff in the basket checkout. It was around 10:30pm. I had a basket full of my shopping. I wanted to buy bags. There was a Caribbean staff having a gossip with an Asian staff. I asked for two bags and the Caribbean staff looked at me with anger. It seemed like I disturbed her while she was enjoying her chat with colleague. In a rude way she said "MAKE SURE YOU SCAN BOTH THE BAGS FIRST!!". I felt embarrassed and disrespected due to that rude costumer service. She was actually watching me scanning the bags. I am 41 years and never felt that humiliated while shopping. ASDA South Ruislip - Please train your staff properly. Any costumer does not need to face a rude costumer service.

Nice selection of products, but far too busy for my liking with no baskets available at entrance and sorry, not enough staff on self service checkouts had to leave the shopping in the end as no one to call on for 10 minutes! Staff overrun. Need to invest in more till operatives to get the queues down and provide a better customer service. Will avoid where possible on weekends.

Best Asda in Harrow & South rusilip. They have ample space in car park.Collect the trolley with out coin and on the entrance you have beautiful cafe. Followed by dress for women/ men/ kids and infants.They also have DIY electronics, halal meat counter, bakery, home care ,Water, wines and spirits. Travel money counter available as wellTip: only place in harrow where baby food is fully stocked.Quite shopping at times and friendly staff.Definitely recommend this place and different to another Asda with less busy fuel counter outside

I experienced really poor treatment from various staff on Christmas Eve, and their behaviour reduced me to tears.Lack of respect for customers, staff do not know how to communicate to customers, they shout at them and are very patronising.Worst store ever.

Love the range of clothes they do for baby's & toddler's there & averagely priced too.

Very poor experience, I will never buy from this place. I bought few things then I was going to use the elevator so one person looks like a manager had followed me to ask me if I have the receipt, give me the feeling that I’m thief then he wants to walk away so I asked him to say sorry and never do that again to other people.I always use the elevator so I was not sure what’s wrong with that person.

Trying to get hold of the store as the back of my car got smashed in and I can't get hold of a human to speak with to ask for cctv footage. What a joke. How about if I was elderly and needed to ask something? Not everyone liked the online way and I am only in my 30s

Finally a big supermarket where you can find everything.I love this coffe shop, they served pancakes, cakes, muffins, toast.. but what I like so much are the staff! They are extremely kind!

The store is fine, free wifi is handy, staff are quite helpful but click and collect sometimes doesn't work or because they pack the click and collect order at the depot they don't always have certain items. We have also found that the fresh fruit and vegetables often go off quite quickly frequently before the best before date. Staff are happy to offer an exchange of the item but it is just a hassle to return when the point of click and collect initially was to save time.
