Bella Italia in Hillingdon

Went last night. Mentioned tesco vouchers while ordering but found out at the end that they will not honour the t&c. Also seemed to forget my drink order. Some staff just pottering about tidying things instead of helping customers. Plenty of gluten free choices though.

The lasagna is always very nice and warm throughout. The strawberry daiquiri and passionfruit martini were both tasty, especially the daiquiri, very large glass size. The gelato sandwich was quite small, but still enjoyable, would rather get the cookie dough dessert.

Service was good, starters were excellent. Mains were pretty good too, best part was 3 course meal for £17.99! Drinks were overpriced which is the only reason it's 4 not 5 stars.

Yesterday was our first time ordering from this place.We are very disappointed because the food arrived ice cold ):The portions were small for the price that we paid £45. By the way, the size of tiramisu was ridiculously small.Overall, the food was pretty good after reheating everything in the oven. I would order again from this place however, if the restaurant provides me a discount voucher so I can give them a second chance.However, as of right now I would only give the restaurant 2 stars.

We wanted experience Bella Italia as I have never been to it before.We ordered of the set menu, we got the kids pizza,these prawn and crab fritters, pizza piconto, meatballs and brushetta, spaghetti bol, cookie dough, choc brownie and brownie for my daughter.The starters tasted great but the mains were disappointing 😞.The spaghetti bol tasted worse the frozen one you would get.The pizza was horrific and my daughters pizza had chicken and tomatoes as topping the chicken was so dry.I found the desserts were really sweet and nothing special.I wouldn't go to Bella Italian out of choice.☹️

The food was really lovely and presented beautifully.Only complaint is we asked for lemonade and was served tonic water. We thought it tasted funny. The table next to us questioned it and they was told it was tonic water and then the waitress brought them a fresh glass of lemonade out. So the restaurant is purposely serving the customers tonic water hoping they don’t notice. We had drank more than half when we found out so we did not feel like we could complain. It is not very good serving the wrong drink to customers. Also serving a young child’s meal really hot isn’t very safe either. Which is reflected in the amount of stars given in this review.

A wonderful lunch we experienced yesterday at Bella Italia Uxbridge. Nice friendly staff and tasty authentic Italian dishes! 👌🏼

With prices that are slightly on the higher end, this place is confusing as being something between a fancy eatery in terms of prices and a fast food chain/pub in terms of ambience and experience.The staff was polite and helpful, and the food was nice and fresh, but nothing outstanding.Would recommend if you are in the mood for pricey pasta that tastes Ok'ish.Maybe the popularity is due to the selection of alcoholic beverages (which I had no interest in) since most, if not all, orders were focused more on bar orders rather than food orders.

Italian food outlet located at the centre of the Chimes shopping mall in Uxbridge. Visited this restaurant a couple of times and I must say its food is very lovely and delicious. This time we visited as a group of 12 people. The service was outstanding. The Pollo Cacciatore pasta was delicious and the option was filling.. I would definitely recommend to try the dessert "Gelato Choux Bun" it was amazing, it was vanilla and chocolate ice cream rolled in a oreo bun. Definitely try it out. Also the restaurant has many offers going on. Students watch out as this restaurant offers 30% off all main meals from Sunday to Thursday.

We came for bottomless pizza £12 per person such a great deal!! choices of pizza to choose from Including Margherita, Pepperoni to formaggio funghi pizza. Lovely clean interior, we will be back soon.
