Breakspear Arms in Hillingdon

I have to say when I visited Breakspear, I did not have the best experience. Waiters took a while getting my order correct l, ended up with extra beers put on the order. Prices are quite high for what you get. Would I go back, yes because of the beer garden.

Very tasty food served by helpful staff some of whom seem confused. Very nice staff member from Kisumu Kenya ( now departed!), who is exceptional. Nice desserts . Bright dining areas with a well stocked bar. Toilets could be freshened up. There is parking space available. Pleasant surroundings in the countryside.

Nice place, great for all. At tentative and caring staff. Great value. I would avoid English food / Sunday roast carvers and stick to Indian. It’s more enjoyable

PLUS POINTS ::: First impressions are positive. I am a Dal+Roti person. Rest of the family enjoy non-veg. In Midlands we have some of the best Indian eateries, however, Breakspear Arms didn't disappoint us. Nice easily accessible location, ample parking spaces, amiable ambience, attentive, courteous staffs and excellent service. Food quality/quantity excellent. 😋NEGATIVE POINTS ::: Two great big alsatian dogs. Could not think of any plausible excuse/reasons for having animals in restaurant 😡. Dinners with young children have to be on constant alert. A big deterrent factor. Unlikely to visit this place again. 🤔

So busy staff were struggling with demand. Food was great though and beer was well kept.We enjoyed the carvery - well worth the money. The complementary fruit salad and cheese board were not needed... and had clearly been out all day so unfortunately dampened the enjoyment of the meal.

We were meeting with a very dear friend visiting from abroad and thought it would be a good idea to come here as it has the pub feel and Indian cuisine combination.The let down was the fact we felt rushed through the evening. Kept being reminded last orders before 9pm.They served the food and drinks. We had our evening and tried to have a good time.Food was okay. Beers were nice and cold. I do like the fact that they still have a traditional pub menu on offer as well.Not sure if I would return too often. It is not going to be my first choice. Mixed feelings.

Excellent selection of food, big menu with lots of variety. Good food and great hospitality.

Fab food, great service, lovely atmosphere, its easy to enjoy yourself here and you will be well taken care of, bit expensive but worth it. Someone needs to help them decorate their Xmas tree! Needs more baubles and sparkle!

I recommended this Pub it has a great atmosphere the staff members are friendly. The food was great, if you like your indian food this is definitely one of them spots to go chill out have a beer or go with family I highly recommend this place. *****

Good beers, friendly service, bright & clean pub with really diverse Punjabi, English & Indo-Chinese food, speedy service. Good portions. Recommend.
