Burger King in Hillingdon

Fantastic my best burger king experience in my life. Try the double halloumi burger absolutely delicious, I added the crispy chicken slice inside. The food was piping hot and delicious.And the bit that made the experience so good I was served by a man called Claudio he was extremely friendly polite and helpful. If the whole burger king empire was run by him. Burger king would be be richer than Apple

This is a really good Burger King Branch as they are always doing thinks fast and efficiently. I have been to this Burger King lots of times and I absolutely love this place. There is always kind staff there and lots of people like to come an sit down and talk there. They are also very busy which shows that this is a good fast food restaurant. Overall I totally would recommend this place to everyone.

I like burger king in general but the staff were rude they were too busy meeting up with there mates. To be honest if I had not been to a burger king before I would have never gone back to one. I do avoid this restaurant if possible as it makes me uncomfortable I am not sure what one member of staff was upto with his mates but it didn't look legal.

Staff in the are miserable. Needs an upgrade. The ice machine has been broken for about 2 years. They out a new staff member on the tills on his first say and didnt have a clue what he was doing. Waited 25 mins for fast food?!!!! who on earth is the store manager??

Nice staff friendly, and explained about the wait...ordered 7+ items, nice burger king despite being busy polite and patient with all customers

Food was just as good as any other burger King I've been to. Service was a shambles though as there was only 1 guy serving whilst there was 2 guys behind him doing nothing and even though there was a large queue building the shift manager seemed more interested in making sure there was enough tomato ketchup available for everyone. Pretty sure it was not important as there was about 50 sachets there so could of waited for the queue to die down.

Doesn't even deserve one star! Staff rude and laughing at The young lad serving on the tills who seemed to be struggling with the order. Staff laughing at him messing around touching each other in the back of food area. Lost a lot of customers. Will be passing the message on to my friends and family. Wouldn't eat here if my life depended on it. Absolutely shocked. Better quality food and service at a rusty burger van

Service is quick and is very clean, if there is ever a mess staff come and clean it up immediately, the branch could do we extra seats or a better location as it can be hard to locate. The food is hit and miss, sometimes is 100% other it can be burnt and the beef can be hard the chew, few changes need to be made to make this a great branch

The restaurant is not always clean and hasn’t got a lot of sitting space. However the staff is friendly and the food is nice.

Visited this place for a quick grab. Not busy. Cleanliness was good, service average as I had to wait for my burger and collect from counter. Toilet was out of service.
