Caffe Nero in Hillingdon

Good coffee, nice atmosphere and cool staff!

Always a little under-staffed in the morning rush hour when tired staff from the council are queueing for their caffeine hits, but coffee is good and staff here are always polite & efficient.

Chain coffee shop, does the job, great spot for people watching.... Back of the shop a hotspot for the laptop generation 😉

Better than Starbucks and Costa by far. Keep doing what you're doing

Staff always serve you with a smile. Hot chocolate is the second best on the high street, (sorry Caffe Nero). Also only 1 of 2 coffee shops on the high street that serves hot drinks in a standard small cup. Which means you don't get over-full on your favourite hot drinks which keeps you coming back for more ( some weeks everyday!).

Poor Service by the male staff member behind the counter. Handed over a hot plate to the customer not considering the plate could burn customers hand.

The mocha was terrible.I usually like Caffè Nero too, but I would give this one a miss - the staff could improve their barista skills a lot, seems they are more focused on speed instead of quality.If I’m being extra nit picky - I was served in a plastic cup instead of a mug even though I said I was sitting in.

Love this Nero. I find it’s the only place in Uxbridge to have decent coffee away from the busy town square. The staff are always nice and welcoming and make good coffee! There’s decent amount of outdoor seating for when it’s sunny too.

Good location of the shop, wheelchair people are welcome too, toilets available. The test of the coffee is amazing and the staff friendly and very professional working.

Staff always friendly. Drinks are great. Can always find seating. Cafe Nero app always works for collecting loyalty stamps.
