Overpriced, salmon has blah taste and calamari was regular frozen prepared and tasteless. Parking fee was overkill.

Service I'd rate at 2 star, restaurant not busy, but service was slow and not attentive. Didn't ask how the food was, as if she had, I would've have told her, tasteless, poor quality, tasted like a microwave meal. Ordered the seafood linguine. Wasn't offered parmesan either for my partners risotto. Service and food needs a lot of attention. Then had to queue for 20 minutes at reception to get car park ticket validated, overall experience I won't hurry back!!!

Birthday breakfast very delicious and tasty food. Polite, well trained staff who attended to our needs with a smile. Shezic in particular was professional, courteous kind nothing was too much trouble to ask to ask

The lasagna was crusty around the edges and on top, the risotto was more like rice soup, and the garlic focaccia wasn't warm when it arrived. Service was subpar, we were basically ignored the entire night, and the espresso was incredibly burnt (manageable in an espresso martini but undrinkable in a single espresso)

A nice afternoon lunch. We booked for a table of 10 for an afternoon lunch and had a good time. It can be difficult to book online so we rang the Marriott hotel and they booked us into Carluccios. Tony called me the day before to make sure we were still going ahead with our booking. On arrival the manager (a female) did not know we had pre-booked, however her colleague has already laid out our table and was waiting for us. All the staff were very nice and professional, service was prompt and courteous. The food was traditional Italian fare and cooked well. The drinks selection was also very nice and the cocktails went down well. Dephran took care of our table and was extremely professional and courteous. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff brought out a cake and extra cutlery, nothing was too much trouble and they did it with a smile. The restaurant is spacious and has a nice feel to it, with seating for groups, families and couples. It is situated in the Marriott Hotel which has a nice bar and lobby area adjacent to the restaurant. There is a charge for parking, however there are lot's of spaces. If you fancy well cooked Italian food in West London in a nice setting with good service then Carluccio's is definitely worth a visit. We will definitely visit again. Thank you to all the staff.

Service on 2nd April was very poor..had to keep getting staffs attention to order food..drinks ..the bill.. it was my 50th birthday and stayed 1 nt at hotel before flight next day. Why ask if its a special occasion when booking if nothing gets acknowledged and also the same when booked my room too.

I had an issue last week with food. I then checked in this week and ordered the same. Food was very nice and the service from Antonio and bar staff amazing. Francisco the restaurant manager also spoke to me and apologised for the previous service. Very impressed at the service recovery effort they know how to deal with a complaint to customer satisfaction. Well done all and thank you for the excellent service.

We came by here on our last day in Europe on the way to catch a transfer bus to the airport as Italian is generally a safe option! The restaurant was located within the hotel on the ground floor and it's pretty massive with a dining and a bar area. The service was better than what some of the other reviewers experienced when we came around 7pm. We ordered the sirloin steak well done and the seafood fettucini which was out within 20 mins which is decent for me.The steak was a bit dry and could be made a bit more moist by using a cover during the browning stage. The quantity is also a little small for the size and you need to pay an extra €2.25 for sauce which is pretty expensive. The pasta dish was decent enough. It was filling although the only seafood I thought they may been a little stingy was the prawn where I only got two, otherwise I enjoyed my dish. They charge 10% service without any prior notice or anything which was a surprise although it might be a London thing. I would enquiry whether they do in the future as they pushed up an already overpriced meal into expensive.Overall, it's a fairly decent for an Italian place although more on the expensive side for Australians. Its worth it for a bit of change and for a special occasion as the server was nice.

Had a dinner here and received a great service by Romanian waiter and the food was excellent. We had sea bass and salads - all was great. You can also order the kids menu for 6.75 pounds and it’s quite good.
