A big thank you to Carlos for his kind and very genuine customer service. After he took payment for our two drinks, with a smile, we boarded the BA aircraft when my cousin realised she had left her jacket on the chair at CH. Carlos answered the phone and offered to bring it to the aircraft entrance without hesitation. That considerate action comes from the heart not from any training course.

I celebrated my graduation this evening in this delicious restaurant. Well it was a astonishing evening and the restaurant was no doubt one of the reasons for the outstanding event. The team helped in a graceful style, the meals were very good and my buddies were extremely overjoyed. We shall no dout visit again for more events. Thank you very much.

Best place in Heathrow to have something to eat before catching a plane. Really nice drinks, champagne. Very good plate of salmon, and very very nice mozzarella with caviar

My favorite place for brunch when I'm passing through Heathrow. The Royal Shrimp Cocktail is MOST excellent!

Definitely the best place to grab a quick meal (on this occasion a prawn salad and a glass of wine) before catching a flight. My son had a Scottish smoked salmon, very good he said. Generous portion. Why go elsewhere?

Very expensive. Small portions. Good security with their sharp utensils being past security! (See photo)

I’m happy with because they sell foie Gras at a decent price. I know it’s a sinful food to eat so at the very least one should show moderation. Sorry for loving it so. I missed my opportunity to pick up a can in Paris and was delighted to get some here. It was worth the snub from the waiter, which the woman helping at the counter well made up with her polite nature. Not sure I would eat at this counter. The way they keep the food seems to incite danger. But you can’t miss with canned good (for the most part)
