Chixy's Grill in Hillingdon

Ordered from ubereats. All fake reviews so dont look at good ones. I chucked all food in the bin and wasted over 20 quid. Uncooked, not for even animals

Buying food from this place for the last 10 years, but recently whatever I ordered from them it comes dry without any salad and sauce . Seems like they’re not bothered at all. The person on the phone is a bit rude as well. Definitely not getting anything from chixy grill next time.

Ordered from here multiple times, and multiple times had missing items, the first couple of times I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake, but how can they get it wrong 90% of the time. It makes it seem as if maybe the management is encouraging the staff to purposely miss items from the order in hopes of boosting their profit margins, and hoping customers don’t want to go through the effort of having to go to the shop to get the right order. I highly recommend you do not order online, only go into the store in person so you can ensure you get what you pay for.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!First time ever going to this place, arrived at 22:15 and the guy tells me they are closed. Refused to serve me, even tho it states the restaurant is open till 11pm. Whilst sat on one of the kitchen work top surfaces, he began to shout and argue with me and say how there is a new “winter timing” which means they are open till 22:30 and that this has been the case since 2021 March. I’ve never heard of sucha thing to be honest.Although I arrived at 22:15, 15 minutes before this so called new “winter closing time”, I was still refused to be served. Told me that I should come and speak to the manager at 11am the next day about the incorrect timings shown online, in sucha rude and abrupt manner. Please tell me why it states that this restaurant is open till 11pm on the website as well as on google? This information is very misleading, or could it be that the workers are lying and trying to get off from work an hour early without the managers knowledge?Please further train your employees on how to speak to customers, as they lack basic customer service skills.

The best fast food for miles around and I’ve tried quite a few. Eat in or take out. Honestly. Not to be missed. Don’t expect waiting on tables or fancy customer service. Just go there in person and expect simple, cracking, tasty eating. You will NOT be disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service order nearly 45 mins late and counting. Phoned the restaurant the dude was so rude. At least have the curtesy to acknowledge the order will be late.

Great portion sizes, chicken tikka with chips and their grill wings are finger licking good.

The mixed kebab rolls have always been tasty, large portion with fresh naan. Definitely good value for money.The chicken/lamb Biryanni is nice but I've noticed sometimes does not have enough meat in it.I've always ordered my food over the phone and is always ready to collect when I arrive.

First time ordering and will be the last. I specifically mentioned that if the Lamb Biriyani must have meat on bone. They sent it with boneless met and that too a very few pieces. The whole grilled chicken I requested to be very well done was not. All these were mentioned in the request sections. Instead of letting me know that the lamb comes boneless and the chicken will not be well done, they just did what they wanted to and sent it. Considering the amount I spent on this order, was NOT worth it. This is the very first time I am complaining regarding such a matter. Never had issues before with other restaurants. Thank you!

I've tried chicken kebab. Bread very tasty, but meet could be better.Salad- lettuce and onion, without tomatoes or cucumber. Another think, you can pay only with cash. 2 stars only for bread.
