Avoid! After a night out I wanted a filling English breakfast to start the day right. The pictures online looked amazing and the menu was plentiful. However the food did not match up to the standards I expected. The food was bland, portions were small and I did not feel full. I got the standard English breakfast and pancakes. The pancakes looked like they had been pulled out of a freezer. It didn’t even look like pancakes. It didn’t look fresh, the taste was abhorrent and I had to throw it all in the bin as I felt like I was going to be sick. This is not good.

Great place to relax and have nice food. Delicious variety of tempting cakes to tickle your sweet tooth. Most wonderful thing is that they keep gluten free sandwiches if you ask them. Gluten free cakes are tasty but it’s sad that they don’t decorate them like their other cakes. Chiken grilled salad and chips are yummy. Yes it is simple food but hard to get properly baked and served nicely. Thanks to cintia to serve tasty food. Place may not be visible to from main road as it is inside Ansell garden centre west Drayton. Those who go for garden shopping it’s a great help for them to sit and have something tasty to eat.

Great spot for a quick bite if you’re at Heathrow and have a bit of spare time. 10 minute drive and has great choices of pastries, eggs, pancakes and coffee! Do not let the garden center entrance fool you.

Beautiful relaxing place!! Great staff. Amazing home made fresh food. Loved the experience. Delighted to have visited. A gorgeous garden centre for all your needs next door & a fish aquarium for children. Nature’s haven of tranquility.

Horrible experience! We felt discriminated by who we assume was the manager(a blond lady). She didn’t seem welcoming to start with. Not even 5 minutes in, when we went to order she threatens us saying she’ll have to ask us to leave. We had our small pet dog(mini dachshund) , who barked once after this other dog barked, a 2 second interaction. She repeated this again asking us to think before we order saying this was scaring the other customers (not saying a word to the other dog customer) we were carrying the dog and they didn’t even bark the whole time. We were so shocked by this, we asked if anyone complained, to which she says she saw their faces. Didn’t even try to be nice and maybe move our table but seemed so disinterested in serving us. We were told this was a pet friendly cafe, imagine that! First time visiting, i wonder if she was having a bad day or of this is how she treats her customers?

Pleasant looking cafe, good menu - such a shame is tells you about vegan and halal food, but NOTHING about allergies!! When one asks about allergies, the menu becomes quite limited, particularly for gluten free foods,(not a choice but a necessity)

A wonderful clean and welcoming cafe at Ansell’s Garden Centre. The staff is lovely and the service is excellent. We love visiting the garden centre and always stop for a coffee or snack at the cafe.

We lived in West Drayton for nearly two years and can’t believe we never came across this, trust us to find this gem once we moved out of the area and came back to visit. The selection of hot food and desserts are unbelievable with so much to choose from. The decor is so cute with such great upbeat music, it really is a place to visit! Bring all your family and friends, definitely try the coffee and walnut cake, you won’t be disappointed! šŸ˜…šŸ°ā˜•ļø
