This branch of Costa has some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered at any coffee shop! The place is clean, service is fast and friendly.

We are visiting costa in next lombardy hayes twice a week,the new managee is just great,rhe customer service is brilliant and same for the staff working there!We are enjoying it every time,no matter how busy they are,they are trying to serve us at the table!Well done to all!

It's surprising how this little cafe feels isolated from the hustle and bustle of the supermarket itself - the way it is propped up on a mezzanine level almost feels like being at an airport. However, better design e.g. fake hedging or trellises to block some of the view would improve the ambiance

Why is it that staff have no idea how to make a latte. It really infuriates me that they don't take the time and effort to get it right. I had a latte in there yesterday and it was like an instant coffee made with water. This is the trouble when a company becomes a franchise, staff are taken on and they have no clue how to make a decent latte. Staff are polite enough but seriously need to be trained !!

One of my favourite Costa branches. It's inside next. The staff are friendly, plenty of seating with lots of light. The coffee is made well and tastes good. Lots of drink options, hot and cold food options. I tried the vegan Mac cheese and it was delicious.

Nice place for hot and cold Coffee ☕🍦 and other other flavors 😋. Bakery products are also good 🍧 🥧🍰🍮🍩🍪🍿 .

I like this Costa branch! Very cosy. The Cortado served in Costa is the best one out there

I love 💕 costa coffee ☕️. Always treated friendly, kind and polite by the staff. It’s quick and easy service with indoor and outdoor seating areas. Always clean. Great place for work environment with plugs🔌 system or even for usual occasions. Next to Sainsbury’s and other shopping sites. Always satisfied customer . Keep the good work
