Costa Coffee in Hillingdon

I ordered two tropical mango bubble frappes and got them without bubbles and hardly any mango syrup, and they delivered them without straws. how on earth I'm going to drink it ??? Very disappointed with Costa's services recently.

I get my morning coffee from here every weekday. Suzette and the girls are so kind and welcoming. They remember my order and treat me with such respect. Thank you!!

Staff clearly can't be bothered. Waited ages on a very quiet afternoon for my "caramel latte" which looked and tasted like watered down instant coffee. Returned it and explained it wasn't up to standard. New young lad on the till apologised. 2 female batistas had faces like slapped behinds as they were made to make it again. Heard the girl utter an offensive swear word beginning with P as i walked away. Could be much better Get new staff that want to work. All I all my quick takeaway coffee stop cost me 35 minutes of my day! Awful service.

Well situated but parking can be difficult, depending on the time of day. Friendly staff, coffee to standard, good space separation between those who just want to take out their drink and those who want to sit and sup.

Lovely, sunny, friendly staff and delicious latte. Not sure about the toilet cleanliness because I haven't used it. But overall a pleasant environment as there's lot of light coming in😋👍

Staff are gone downhill since the original members were there like Sabrina and Julia. There is one short curly head girl, who is extremely rude when it comes to serving. She doesn't give any interest and passion into making customers feel welcoming. She literally just whacks the coffee there without any politeness. 0 customer service in greeting once entering. After having my coffee today, I felt the milk given was off and threw up as it tasted absolutely vile. I truly believe that energy resignates through food and drink - if it's made with love and passion you will get something beautiful. If it's made with negativity and no love, it will show. If you are unhappy with your job just leave !!

The Food is amazing and coffees. But the staff are very rude and not helpful and when I was standing outside the shop for the staff to let me in as there was no customers at all inside. They were talking laughing having a chit chat and 1 member of staff put her hand out and said wait as they continue to laugh and talk for 5 mins. When they decided to let me in they were rude towards me and i felt very discriminated because of my color of my skin as they gave attitude and didn't tel me if my food was ready and coffees. A white lady walked in and there attitude was completing different gave her 100% good service as i walked out. You need to get better staff as the food is lovely but staff are no good i will not accept this i will go else where.
