Foods good and fresh staff polite and friendly

Whilst in Yiewsley I came over hungry and needed some good food quickly, this was my first visit and I was very impressed, I received a lovely "welcome along" and got served very quickly, the food was an excellent quality and well priced, the premises were spotless and everything looked very clean, I also noticed that there was a very busy community notice board displayed which reinforced to me what a local asset this must be to the surrounding area, I have now found a GREAT PLAICE (😉) to eat, many thanks.

I eat here often and the food and their portion sizes are really good, especially the scampi is worth trying!

Food is great, but why are all of the staff wearing their masks under their chins while they prepare food? I have seen this several times. I won't be going back for some time. Be more responsible.

Decent cod and chips much improved in my opinion...I got put off by the over battered fish a few years ago.Only downside that it is strange that the staff are not wearing their masks properly in these times bit pointless wearing masks under your chin ? Just need to be more responsible when serving the public.

Excellent meal prep. Generous fish portion. Just wish they would wear masks and require customers to do the same. All staff with masks under the chin! Loud music is not attractive.

I have been in quite a few chipshop during my years in this country, and I have to share this with the public: Cowley Fish Bar has the most outstanding hygiene standards of all! It's just amazing, and blew my mind how clean this place is! I mean you can see the kitchen from the counter, spotless, even in a busy time! But that's not what's caught my eyes... The floor, the walls, so clean, as if in a spa or something! Definitely gonna come back for chips, they are fresh, not too greasy, perfectly fried (crispy on the outside, soft inside)! Can't wait to try new things from their menu! Hats off to the staff!

Used to love going to this chippy because people who used to work here not only that they did a great food quality but their customer service was very friendly and polite. However last year and half have gone down the hill, because the taste of fish and chips is not as it used to be. This shop used to win awards but I don’t see this happening anymore. Won’t going here any more.
