Creams in Hillingdon

These lot always turn their justeat and ubereats off because they can't handle the amount of orders. So when you call them to order for collection they say you have to come in the store to order. Definitely incorrect as I've ordered and collected before. If you're not offering delivery, at least let me order ahead so I don't have to wait for the food when I come to collect.Creams is a chain so management need to up their game otherwise it's embarrassing for the business.Anyway the best thing on the menu is the white choc cookie dough with white choc sauce and a smear of peanut butter sometimes they charge me sometimes they don't again very inconsistent, maybe their staff need to be retrained or trained as a whole since the staff turnover is quite high. And custard on the side 👍.

I came here with my family, it's such a warm, friendly atmosphere and the staff greated and dealt with our orders well Unsure of the name but thanks to how served us today (19/03/22) however they were really kind and caring with us today

So disgusting place ever,This is my second time that I found long hair inside my waffle, I called the restaurant they just ignored me and told me call just eat and deal with them I didn’t get it creams teams made my order why do I have to contact just eat while I told them give a WhatsApp number so I can send you a pic of that.They not take it hygiene regulations ever.

Chocoholic waffle is so soft and absolutely yummy 🤤

Delicious waffles and ice cream. One of the members of our party got the nachos which were poor so avoid those. This is a dessert place so get what they do best

Most disgusting looking cookie dough ever (ordered via Deliveroo). Strange colour and texture.

We got massively excited to see cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory on the menu. We treated ourselves to a couple of slices via Uber but when they arrived we were hugely disappointed to see the size of the slices. Having visited The Cheesecake Factory in the USA these portions are less than half the size we were expecting particularly taking into account how much they are charging for them 😥😥 obviously the cheesecake itself it lovely but definitely won't be reordering

Creams happens to be one of the most sought after joint to binge on ice creams. You could literally pick any damn item from the waffles list and you would not be disapponted. It also hosts a myriad of cookies, shakes and classic sundae. Do give the white chocolate with cookies a try. Overall a pretty good joint to enjoy ice cream after a light meal.The portions are pretty big, so be a little cautious while ordering. You don't want to end up wasting food.

First ReviewI have been to a few dessert places and not many is as good as this for several reasons. Firstly, I would like to commend the staff working there for their unbelievable ability in understanding my needs and request on every occasion I have visited there over a 2 year period. The presentation has always been perfect for me as I have requested, the food is great, the service from the staff is alway to a very high standard and have gone above and beyond on several occasions. I just want to thank you all for making my visits a good experience and I would recommend anyone to visit this branch.Second ReviewI decided to do a second review simply because I found this experience to be extremely thoughtful and tailored. I was unable to decide what to get because the menu simply didn't have was I like as a person, I decided to try to make my own. I showed Zuzanna a picture of something I had before and she used that a the base of what I like and came up with very creative, well thought of, and what appears in eyes a personal experience as it was made and designed to my liking. I also would like to add that both Shweta and Zuzanna was extremely polite, helpful, caring and provide me with an experience I would never forget. I will certainly visit the shop again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone.
