Domino's Pizza in Hillingdon

On line orders due to wind welcome to XXI century no internet no food 😂 thanks God KFC is next door

Everytime I order always an issue with new policy etc. When the food arrives it's cold - I prefer Domino's over the rest however this branch is a nightmare.

As usual Dominoes cooked a lovely pizza. Normally I get it delivered which is always a perfect service. But this time after using the app, which gave me an update all the way thru cooking process and was sent notification when it was just ready. Drove up the road, picked up pizza and it was delicious 😋

Food is very good standard. Customer service very very good. Staff members are very helpful. Specially garlic sauce and the cookies very delicious.

Pizza was horrible, waited about an hour for delivery, pizza tracker showed the pizza was made about 20 mins after order so it sat on the hot plate waiting for delivery, the pizza was as dry as the box it came in and it was pretty cold. I've had enough of this dominos so won't be ordering from them again, papa johns or Herbies are much much better. Thought I would try dominos for a change....big mistake.

1 star is way too much to give you deserve no starrecieved my order after more than an hour and then it was very cold , i was trying to call the shop but they would never pick up no matter how many times you call, and on top the delivery driver was very rude his name is Farhad very rude i don't know how he was accepted to work with Dominosvery poor and unqualified people in this shop , Hillingdon branch very disappointing

I ordered some dominos pizza online but the website was down when It came to payment so I called and spoke to the manager and explained her the situation on 10th June at 22:45 but she didnt help me and she was very rude and also refused to give her name. I'm so disappointed as I love dominos pizza

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from this branch last night March 20, 2021. I made an order online to collect past 9pm which I was advised by text it would be ready by 9:35pm. I popped by the store at around that same time as I live around the corner and was starving, but as soon as I entered, I was told they were closed. To start with, the tone of voice from the member of staff was not very pleasant, they would not even let me say a word as to why I was there before repeating themselves once again. Whilst listening I quickly googled closing times and saw they shut at 22:45. I showed them what Google suggested and instead of an explanation or even an apology for it not specifying that it was only opened for delivery only, I was told once again they were closed. They pretty much kicked me out of the store by saying: take your pizzas and leave.This is not at all a way to treat a customer; I am a regular customer, who has previously faced bad customer service form them in the past too but this time I feel the need to complaint as I must say I felt pretty attacked by the team last night with their loud and constant statement ‘WE ARE CLOSED’. I politely was trying to flag the fact that Google suggested otherwise but no care was given.At this point, I asked to speak to the manager, I wanted to understand why I was treated the way I was and to my surprise one of the people shouting the repetitive sentence (WE ARE CLOSED) was the manager herself. She said: I am the manager, and I asked for her name, so I know who I was speaking to, and her reply to my question was: ‘We have no names’. This might be what I got most annoyed about. You all have my details form my order, and, if the case is the staff are not allowed to give out names then, that would definitely not be the best answer. It was rude and unfriendly. I trust this is not the way Domino’s wishes to treat their valued customers. What an unpleasant experience.

Excellent customer service! Placed an order online through a offer deal but somehow system decided that I didn't want all the extras that come with offer so placed order for pizza only still charging full amount. Called store, manager resolved the issue by sending the missing items free of charge. Couldn't have asked more, perfect response to the situation.

Usually the service is good, I have had my order made wrong but it's been corrected and they acknowledge their mistake which is fair as we are all human and things happen.Today however was the worst experience for me. I ordered 2 pizzas. 1 was burnt...and the other thankfully (which was for my niece) was not burnt however I has asked for double black olives on half as that's the only way I can get my niece to eat the pizza and they only put single..I asked for double black olives at which point the staff member dealing with me looked uninterested...i asked for a simple apology but instead got a "I'm not the only one making your pizza" remark, I again repeated all I wanted was an apology. I don't have the time to sit and wait around while they make me another pizza as i had to feed my niece nor did I want to waste all that food. I didn't ask for a refund or discount or my order to be made again. Just a few black olives and an apology. I got the black olives...
