Five Guys in Hillingdon

Got a little hamburger for my daughter and burger for my husband and hot dog for me.I have to say the burger was OK and personally the hot dog was a little too small they should call it the little hotdog.They didn't have monkeynuts that they usually offer for free.They don't have a lift to go up the stairs so anyone going in with a buggy please aware.

If you want the best burgers it has to be five guys. Even the fries were nice.Choose whether you want it plain, with cheese or with bacon. They will do any combination, plus a choice of what you want inside.All freshly made in front of you.Normally get free of charge, peanuts in their shell's, but when we went they didn't have any...... That was the only disappointment.

We ordered before we collected and the order was all correct and so tasty when we got home. The staff are friendly and acknowledge you while you are in the restaurant. I would definately buy from here again so I really did not mind paying a higher price for great burgers and fries.

It's FIVE GUYS!!! So, apart from the obvious good hygiene practices, peanut oil usage (which is good for health when compared to other unhealthy oils), tasty burgers, nice ambience, fries and hotdogs, they also have excellent customer service. The waiting time is minimum as the staff here are pretty fast in getting your order to you and they're really friendly. If you're going here, I highly recommend you try their strawberry milkshake and potato fries.

A mini cheeseburger is enough for me but it's the shakes I love. Tried a chocolate, banana and peanut butter one this time 😋 but it is very expensive. A small burger, fries and shake was just under £15!

I just ordered a Fives Guys takeaway and go my disbelief whilst eating my burger I found a hair. This is extremely disappointing as this the second time it had happened to us in the last few months.

My favourite burger and my guilty pleasure. We also love the drink dispensers. Best portions of fries anywhere. Loses a star based on the price. It is a little pricey for what it is.

I visited five guys in uxbridge first time. I am highly impressed by the service, however I didn’t accept like that. When I start communicating with them and make my order. Employees was so polite and gentle especially a girl Dhara. She serviced and make me very comfortable about their menu. Because it was my first visit even I didn’t aware about what five guys services. So, now I’m quite familiar with five guys.

It's good food, but very expensive in my opinion. Hence I don't go very often. Also, the notion that Five Guys are very generous with their fries is actually totally false. Food Insider did a check and found that they consistently give around 200g less than what they charge us for. So those 'extra' fries at the bottom of the bag are not a bonus - far from it.

I've been pleasantly surprised with the food; the burgers are great, the fries taste like proper potatoes (the cajun spice is great on those), and even the milkshakes are something to die for. I was expecting something like McDonald's, as I never had tried it before, but it's absolutely another thing, that's why is, of course, more expensive that Mcd, but much much nicer. The stuff was friendly and very helpful for us to choose what to eat (being out first time there!) And the service was pretty quick. Nice place, also, clean and spacious.
