The food was good, but you're mainly paying for the Gordon Ramsay name. A lot of the menu was unavailable during my visit unfortunately.I was also quite disappointed that there was a cover charge per person on top of an already higher than usual service charge, not sure what that's about.

Great food. The smoked salmon was a great Size, and certainly wasn’t too small compared to other places. Good prices. Worth the stop if you have time around Heathrow.

Pleasant overall experience but will be a bit more critical considering the owner of the restaurant. Their special two course option with red wine at GBP30 was a decent value. The sea bass was perfectly cooked but the dish was boring and overall underwhelming. It could have used a bit more color and texture instead of just a soft fish on soft mashed potatoes. The tomato soup lacked seasoning. The tamarind wings were good. The GR burger was just ok but was expecting it to be fantastic. I think having the two large burger patties only detracted from the experience. The tagliatelle was good but a fairly basic dish. The cheesecake was good. Service was fine, could be better. There were several things in the menu which were not available - to our dismay. One of our napkins had a stain.

After months out of the country this is often the first food I get and the last before time away; And it NEVER disappoints. Fast when needed with an excellent menu I particularly love the takeaway option to eat on a flight. To sum it up… I reroute international flights through terminal 5 just to get a table here.

I had the cooked English breakfast with fried eggs alongside a glass of orange juice. It all tasted great, and each ingredient was cooked and seasoned excellently. Good attention to detail.Service was very quick. The price was okay, for what it was, but not great, even given it's in Heathrow airport.

As we were early for our flight we decided to have our lunch here. It was a fantastic decision as we thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks here. Highly recommended for any traveller who want seriously good food seldom found at an airport!

A very strategic place to open in. Frankly, the other reviewers might be a little too harsh because it’s Gordon’s restaurant. When you come here, just know that you’re buying the experience of eating in one of Gordon’s affordable places, not the food 😂 Ordered a common, english breakfast. It’s ordinary, that’s all I can say. The service isn’t the best one out there.. you probably can tell from other reviews as well. Overall, the only thing that stood out was the yoghurt. It’s refreshing, light and well constructed. Gordon’s too busy with Hell’s Kitchen and his other shows so don’t mind him losing focus on this restaurant 😜

Arrived to reception , No body there .Was not busy .. maybe 50 covers .Ordered juice awaited 15 mins , came with the coffee . I ordered the Benedict Royal , with salmon .Looked simple enough , perfect .. however eggs were not so runny and a little chilled . Butter sauce was also set … not runny and as if it had been sitting under hot plate light .Coffee was good , however same story warm .Shame …. Would have expected a little better even thou in an airport .

Our flight got delayed and we had to try the famous fish and chips! The california rolls were light, fresh and exquisitely put together. Loved it!!

Disappointment after my previous visit. The place feels pretty much neglected: staff is not nice or very attentive and the food quality is really poor.We took the duck salad that was extremely salty and a burger that was cooked to a well done level (though we asked explicitly to have it medium). For a place that lives off of people passing by, it didn’t really respect time restrictions.Wouldn’t visit again.
