Ordered sushi on Uber eats and it was the best😍 the portions were so generous and there was so much salmon inside, definitely worth the money. The customer service was also great, I will definitely be ordering again and going to the restaurant.Best sushi around!

Ordered food for dinner today via deliveroo, and it arrived exactly on the time that was stated.Dishes were packaged well and tasted really clean, with fresh and high quality ingredients. Not a single item was missing with loads of extras provided for the duck pancakes and pad Thai.Only slight downside was the chow mein being a little underseasoned, maybe if they can offer levels of spice in the app, if it’s possible.Will definitely be ordering again!

Lovely sushi and great service. Accidentally ordered the wrong sushi rolls without realising and Inso were fantastic and sent us out the correct rolls even though it was our own mistake. Going above and beyond, thank you!

Tonight was my first night ordering temaki, nigiri, hosomakiband ramen through ubereats, so I was worried about the conditions the food would arrive in.The guy who delivered was awesome, he seemed so friendly and was a pleasure to meet!The beef miso ramen was actually still hot to the point I needed to let it cool down before I could really enjoy it! I thought all the ingredients worked so well together!The tuna and cucumber temaki was my first time ever trying it and I really enjoyed it! I'm now a fan! It was a lot more tuna than I originally thought was in there so that was a nice surprise!I ordered 2 sets of cucumber hosomaki and I knew I was gonna like it, I am glad I ordered 2 lots cos omg it was so good!The egg omelette nigiri was so nice! The egg was juicy and thick which I really enjoyed!I really enjoyed the tuna nigiri, the tuna was soft so I didn't have any issues with it!I was very impressed with the packaging as the meal came in 4 bags in total, the ramen was in 2 bags and the nigiri, hosomaki and temaki came in another 2 bags, in 1 container they put the tuna and cucumber temaki with the tuna nigiri and in another container they placed the cucumber hosomaki in with the egg nigiri and honestly with how well it was all packaged made me like it! I'm big on presentation and flavours and this place honestly ticked everything! I live around 5 to 6 miles from the restaurant which is why I was worried about the ramen but when I opened it up to see how it looked, it was still steaming hot!I was surprised on the 3 packs of chopsticks and 4 packs of soy sauce I got! Didn't even need the fork I grabbed for the ramen!Overall I really enjoyed it and the wait was definitely worth it! I need to visit them in person next time!My rating for this place is 10/10 definitely worth every penny!

We normally order from this restaurant with no issues.However, this evening we ordered 3 katsu curries, and the portion of the chicken was an absolute joke. This was the same in all 3 curries. The chicken slices were literally slithers, and the size of my pinky finger (at a push). I had to dig through the rice, to find an occasional bit of chicken. Contacted the restaurant, who informed me this was the normal size of their curries (it is not, I have had it before, and the portions have been good). Suggested I refer to their website pictures (which I did, and they are deceiving). The manager refused to accept the dishes were not up to standard.An absolute joke for £30+ of food.Not up to standard. Would not recommend. Will not be ordering from here again.Edit: in response to the reply of this review:You offered to collect the meals (of which we had already waited over an hour for). This would have meant waiting another hour (getting near to 10 o’clock at night). Realistically this wasn’t an option, nor should it ever have to be, if you properly quality check your food.The manager did not offer to review the pictures. I attempted to upload them here, but this failed. The food was quite literally, all rice. His attitude was confrontational. We had to reiterate on several occasions we were unhappy, then we were offered a 10% discount, which didn’t even cover the cost of one meal. The tone of the reply says it all really, such a shame that a business, deals with its customers in such a manner. I wouldn’t want free food from you regardless, I’d much rather spend my money where the food is fairly portioned, as it should be with any restaurant. McDonald’s portion their chicken nuggets better. Have a good day, and I do hope you learn to value and treat your customers better in the future. Constructive criticism can only make you better.

Really good food well prepared and fresh. We ordered a lot and still could take in every bit of what was ordered. Sushi is always cut above the rest and their Donburi rice and Katsu curry are so delicious

Foods were well beyond my expectations.The food is excellent, generous portions and great prices. The service was fast and friendly. Ordered a delivery via Uber Eats, food arrived to us warm and well packed with the delicate sushi surviving the journey really well. All food was delicious except maybe the chow mein but that is probably due to personal taste. Very nice and would recommend this restaurant for a takeaway.

I’ve ordered sushi from Inso Pan on many occasions now and it’s always fresh and really tasty. Definately the nicest sushi I’ve had and my go to for great sushi.

I worked here for a photoshoot and tried some of the sushi and it was very nice! The manager was very friendly too, I would recommend this place to anyone who is craving Japanese food!
