Clean sitting area. Food choices are good and fast service. I was happy to finally see itsu open in Heathrow airport, since the past few months or since 2020 i’ve been flying in and out of heathrow and never seen them open early morning. But now they are open. Yay 👍🏻

Horrible food. Upper half is hot lower is frozen. Peas are not cooked. Not recommended even for an airport coffee.

In an overpriced airport where you might need to occupy some time, Itsu is a beacon of freshness, health, and affordability. I give it "best of terminal" rating.

Always a winner on Japanese (westernized) street food. The noodle bowls were tasty. Rather small for what I remember. Still under £10. Authentic flavors. Handy for domestic and European flights where you have enough substances to keep you going.

Reasonable "fast food" (ngiri) sushi and rolls. One option for a quick bite at the airport. $10 for a lunch box. Would return.

Not the best sushi, but ok for an airport. The bad thing is that they don’t warn that in the nigiris une the fish they put wasabi, so if you don’t like it be careful.
