Fantastic food and Amazing customer service.

Usually Mari Masala is a good curry house to go to. But, we ordered a medium heat chicken biryani and it was so hot we couldn't eat it!! Really disappointed tonight and not sure why the chef thought to ruin a usually good chicken biryani by adding so much fresh chilli chunks to it.

Hats off to the chef, food is excellent. Definitely a good Indian. Food is tasty and plentiful. Would definitely recommend

This is one of the best Indian takeaway places around this area. The food is always fresh and delivered on time. Value for money. The spicing is done with great care and the falvours are spot on. Use their app and you get a discount. Over the last few year have not had any cause for complaint. We always order from Mari Masala. Thank you Abbas.

We wanted a paneer tikka roll which wasn't on the menu but they gladly asked their chefs to make it for us. Tasted delicious. The naan was light and fluffy and the sauces and flavours were nice. Portion was huge but I finished the entire thing! I'd go back again.

Very surprised at how good this takeaway was. I judged by the good reviews to give it a try and I wasn’t disappointed. I tried a range of dishes for the family and spent over £100 and it was worth every penny. The Tikka Masala and Korma were authentic and every dish had its own flavour on the palette. The tandoori grill had a tasty assortment of meats and the sag alloo was made with fresh spinach. The Paratha was perfectly prepared and having tasted so many different dishes I must say that the cooks are very skilled in authentic Indian cuisine. Most dishes offered a choice of heat which was very good. The mango chutney with the popadums could have been slightly more chin it but apart from that - my family had no complaints. We also left some of the popadums in the fridge over night and they were still crispy the next day - definitely recommend for authentic Indian food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

3 stars because it can be hit and miss. Recently had their rajma and gobi masala - both were really good. The naan however was a let down and tasted very dry. So I think there are some really good dishes, and if tried and tested, can have those again. Would be a bit nervous trying something new unless recommended.

We have had take aways a few times from Mari Masala and never had a bad meal. Good portion sizes with plenty of chicken in each dish, always very tasty and fresh, service is always quick and friendly when we collect.

Absolutely Disgusting customer service ! Paid for an order online to be told after calling to confirm it’s where about I never made an order online despite my bank confirming the transaction..Avoid ! Take note that all the bad reviews never get a response or acknowledgement .

I ordered from here because the reviews on Just eat were very good. Ordered two curries, naan, rice and some starters for myself and my wife. The delivery came quickly in about 30 minutes which was impressive but there was no naan in the bag. Like any customer I called the restaurant and asked them to send me a naan, after putting me on hold and speaking to his staff he kept telling me to look for a white foil bag which the naan was in but I had already told him several times that there was no naan in the bag. After a while of back and fourth he sent me another naan . Half way through my meal I got a phone call from the restaurant manager and he tells me "I've checked the CCTV footage and the naan was in the bag", I was mortified by the level of customer service and the fact that he called me half way through my meal just to try and cover up his mistake. I paused for a moment after he said all of this on the phone and as I was about to respond he just hung up the phone.I can understand a restaurant getting an order wrong or forgetting to deliver something but to call me twice and just be rude and condescending about the situation is unforgiveable. The thing that annoys me the most is that we actually enjoyed the food but the service is terrible. I now understand why it's just a takeaway place, because if it was a restaurant they would get a lot if dissatisfied customers.
