This McDonald's has the dirtiest toilets I have ever seen. I will never go back in there again. I was sick to my stomach at the state and smell in the ladies loo 🤢. After that experience, I was not about to but food from them...hell no! And to top it off, they had a kiddies party on aswell. Those poor kids 😕 😔

Food came warm for once for McDonald's the places seems quite clean but the self service machine was broken so luckily no one stole my food. Toilets are tiny and lack fresh air or ventilation.

They need to be faster for the order of food to come out and not keep people waiting to long.

Yeah y’know it’s Maccas. Same as always. But they would only serve everyone as a take-away customer? I didn’t understand that.

Lot's of teenagers there who occupied plenty of seats. One person stood on seats and was allowed to get away with offensive language. The seats weren't cleaned afterwards.

Seemed like a place for the school kids to hang out after school. They all seemed to have a good time but I got out fast from their noisy chats. May be I got in at the wrong time of the day -lolFood doesn't need a review- it's a McDonald's after all !

A bang average branch of the chain. The staff are polite and get the job done. The prices are cheap. The service is possibly more prompt than at some other branches. It is just on the clean side of average, hence the staff put in a bit of effort. As is in the ground floor it can easily be accessed if you are a wheelchair user.

Way too overcrowded - there were a bunch of teens (15/20) sat inside taking up a ton of space; swearing & messing around when there were families & kids trying to eat. None of the staff seemed too bothered - I don't expect them to put themselves in harms way or anything like that but it just doesn't look right on behalf of the store that you work at.

First visit to this branch and not disappointed. The restaurant was clean, ventilated and well designed; plenty of room to manoeuvre. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. Service was quick and of course, McD's prices are not going to break the bank. So, what's my only gripe? Watching a mother of twins meticulously wiping down two highchairs that (in her opinion), were left in a 'disgusting state'. She was using her own anti-bacterial wipes. Staff need to pay attention to these seats too.

Again Horribly Soggy and uncooked fries.(Edit: February 2019)Recent visits have been awful. Soggy chips. Cold burgers. Long wait times even when it is not busy. Appalling services recently. (Edit: January 2019)Good staffs, clean place, decent toilets, wheelchair access, self help machines. They have fast service and hardly ever seen long queues at the counter The food is good and fresh. Fries are crisp and hot. Walkable distance from Uxbridge station. (Edit: June 2018)
