McDonalds Restaurant, Peggy Bedford in Hillingdon

Food is always good. Staff is nice. Only negative thing is congested drive through and parking space.

Excellent service tried as always to order at the tills (which doesn't always seem to work) normally when busy you get ignored or told to order from the self-service screens which I hate but even though they were busy as I approached the tills a manager saw me and asked 1 of the staff to serve me great very friendly and accurate with my order paid for my meal with card given receipt waited few minutes and food ready for me overall excellent service just wish some of my local macdonalds would be just as helpful and friendly.

Prompt service and staff were surprisingly good mood. Laughter and light hearted banter all around. The staff here seemed to really enjoy their jobs. You watch some shiny ar*** Manager put a stop to that, lol.

Absolutely awful, just came off a long shift, ordered food from the usual drive thru near home only to get home to find an empty box with a little salad and no burger looks I’m going to starve now as it’s late can’t disturb everyone to leave the house again.Very disappointed about this!

After a long working day, myself and my pregnant wife headed over to this branch via drive through and were served by the duty manager (Luis). His customer service was poor as he rushed to take my order and complete my payment, when questioned about how much our meal contained calories, he turned away and mentioned “are you not able to read the menu” I was shocked, he then mentioned to go to the next window as it’s busy and laughed.This is highly unprofessional for a manager to behave and communicate with customers in such a way. It was a terrible experience for my dear wife and I, I would urge management to review Luis’s current role and provide further training to Luis on how to deal with customers and deliver great customer service whilst being at the front face of mc Donald’s.I will never be visiting this branch and would highly recommend people to not visit this particular drive through branch.Kind Regards,Zack Maynard

Instead of caramel frape got a bowl if precrushed ice cream on top. Didnt even bother to blend it!

A usual McDonald's however if you want to go there around 12 or 5 you'll likely be waiting at a very long queue before you'll even be able to order your meal. I have had the orders come through wrong too with them keeping in things I ask to be removed.

Good service , however 7 out of 10 times they make something bad.This time I had to post out.Best feeling when you order 5 pieces of chicken select, and you receive a box of mozzarella sticks.I would love to give 5 star but....

Good place to stop near Heathrow to recharge away from the airport. Ordered a Big Mac and Fries which were served quickly and were tasty. Outdoor seating area is great to sit outside and eat outdoors. Has small car park and drive through. Toilets were clean and staff friendly and helpful.
